I can’t say enough about how amazing the service and food is at Flame and Fire, the best food in Folsom hands down. Shelly and Travis were so helpful and hands on for every part of my incredible experience. Next time throw an event for your business, taking your special someone out, or having a birthday. I would book Flame and Fire if you want to impress

Love it, would eat there every weekend if I could. Food is amazing and tasty. All you can eat meat. Oh and the little popovers they bring to your table, I'd buy those by the dozen if they sold them separately. If you are looking for a special dinner out with someone special, this is the place.

We had an event here recently this past October. It was my grandmother's 90th birthday party. More than 52 people were invited. The manager of this place helped me coordinate the table arrangements, etc. Donna helped me to order the desired napkin and table cloth colors. When we arrived before the party, they helped to arrange the custom flowers we brought in and set up the candle and cake table. We played the projector for photos. The food was yummy. The servers served well and were polite. Everyone was very full and happy. It turned out beautiful. Special thanks for Donna. God Bless You.

Great service, clean and pretty chill. The meat selection is great. The lamb was my favorite and my husband and I also loved the lobster bisque, best we've ever tasted. I do wish they had more hot sides, 95% of the side items are chilled. Still very yummy, I highly recommend.

Been waiting a long time to try this, Been to a Brazilian BBQ in Vegas & was a huge presentation so knew it would not be the same however the opportunity arose today and took family for dinner. The restaurant was not full as we went about 5 and this gave us numerous advantages, we sat right by kitchen so 1st shot at all swords coming out, Full dinner staff on hand and waiting was virtually non existent, market bar was very full.. it's not a full buffet but salad bar, assorted meats, cheeses, breads, soups etc but the main courses are Sword after Sword of different types of BBQ chicken, filet, rib meat, steaks, pork, pineapple and on & on.. it is truly a magnificent feast.. it's not cheap but worth what you pay, figure about 60 to 80 bucks a person depending if you have drinks but worth every penny. This place is great, if price doesn't scare you off you have a great evening ahead.

My husband brought me here to celebrate my birthday. We did make reservations as we had a party of 9. Staff, food, everything was excellent! It was roughly a hour n half drive but we already can’t wait to come back here. Definitely recommend!

I gave this a 5 stars because of Dana. She was very professional and compassionate when I was making reservations for a Celebration of Life. This was in a memory for my brother who had recently passed away and this was his favorite restaurant.
The negative experience I had is when I called to change the count for my party. I was on hold for a long time and when someone did pick up, the person hanged up on me. When I return the call again, and waited, but not as long, the personnel that picked gave me real bad attitude for not having a card on file. So, yes I hanged up that call because I was not going to let anyone talk to me the way that they did. Being 3 hour of time difference I decided to wait the next day and luckily it was Dana that had picked and she calmed me down, because I was going cancel the reservation.
Dana assured me that my party was going to be taking care of. She said the team does an excellent job of serving and taking good care of their customers.
To end this long story, she was right. The service was excellent, food was extremely delicious, and my party had an excellent time.
Special thanks to Dana that made it possible and going beyond for me and my family to close a special chapter in our life.

Wow! Thank you so much for the most delicious dinner! The salad bar has everything you could want and more! Just when you sit down with an amazing salad they begin serving you a variety of delicious melt in your mouth meat! Such good quality! 😋 I'm so full but I'll be dreaming of it tonight!

I came here for a company Christmas dinner and let me tell you it was a wonderful experience! The service atmosphere and the food were all exceptional!!! I wish I would have gotten some pictures but unfortunately I was having such a great time. I did not take any pictures. I would give you 10 stars!!!!!

We were seated quickly with no wait. Our waitress took care of us seemlessly. We walked through the salad area. There were so many different options of salads, cold cuts, and soups to mention. We ordered our drinks, which were just right. Then, the barrage of meat skewers attacked us. We had a few different types of chicken, prime rib, ribs, lamb,filet mignon, and on, and on.
I was very happy with our meal. It's too bad that they were not closer.

More than 5stars! I had a wonderful dining experience at this steakhouse! Definitely recommend it to anyone especially those traveling to enjoy such a variety of foods and wine selection! Ona my server was fantastic, always checking in making sure I was happy with my drinks and food along if I needed anything else. Very clean east to find parking. The servers constantly brought my favorite meats and made sure I had enough. I will be back again.

My review is a bit late by 13 days. I just recently had a birthday dinner there with friends. I share a birthday with two others but one couldn't make it.

So the atmosphere and bartender (Ally) were great, management was awesome as well. If you've ever met Travis, he's a great guy. He'll take care of you and your group.

The salad bar and soups were a great experience, then again I've never been here before, so I was having fun. The meats were delicious and I like how the servers came around often with the offerings.

This is also the very first time I've ever had smoked pineapple. This treat tastes just like apple pie. So rich and good.

I was also surprised with how they sing Happy Birthday while bringing out the cake. This was a great spectacle and am glad I was able to share it with great company.

Overall, I highly recommend this place if you like to travel a little bit.

Very welcoming place with a nice decor, good music, variety of options in the buffet and a lot of choices of the delicious meat. Pricey but worth it.

Daniela & David service was top notch! Made my friend & I feel very welcomed, were very accommodating to our meat request. Constantly bringing out hot fresh variety of meats! The Pineapple, Lamb chops, Leg of lamb & the clams from the salad bar were amazing! Definitely going back.

The meats were great, but the lobster bisque was the highlight, in my opinion. They also have amazing fried cheese, and their house cheese bread was amazing.
If I could give some constructive criticism, it would be to try to restock the fresh fruits and soups in more of a timely manner.

This restaurant is rated this way because of the food and atmosphere and cleanliness. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous and patient. Go Jenna! She made our evening extra nice. I am not crazy about Christmas music. But the atmosphere was very nice. Thanks to the food servers they were nice as well. This is a five star. Worth the price! My guess bragged about the bathroom.

It was a rough night. They had about 5 call outs, but management was working their tail off. My son loved the crab bisque. The food portion is more of a buffet style, including salads, vegetables, fruit, rice, mashed potatoes, stew, salmon, bisque, eggplant, etc. The meat is then brought to the table for your choosing. We had a gin and tonic, old-fashioned, guava sangria, Brazilian beer, and flaming rum punch. My husband and son had cheesecake, flan, and mouse. The ambiance was relaxing.

Went to this place with a total of three people. We were a little hesitant because prior reviews mentioned that the meat was bland and under seasoned. We also read on the website that Upscale Attire was required. We showed up in shorts and t-shirts and everything was fine. The food was better than we expected. It wasnt busy so a Gaucho came by fairly often and offered us many choices. The beef choices were very good. The salad bar had a lot of choices but we didn’t fill up on those. We wanted meat! The wait staff was incredibly friendly and the ambiance is really nice. Overall we left feeling over stuffed and extremely satisfied. We will be back.
