Buyer Beware. I purchased $170 Holbrook cable knit sweater for my wife for Xmas. Looked great, fit great.
Washed it explicitly following care directions. Well it didn't do well. Brought it back to Basin. I spoke employee about returning the sweater, I showed her the problem & all was good until I said it was washed.
A switch flipped & she said she couldn't help me as sweater was worn. I explained it wasn't worn just washed following directions. " It must have in contact with something it didn't like" & "I have all their products and never had a problem".
I get return policies but not to even consider that there could be an issue with the product or suggesting a possible fix........oh well.
