Walmart Pharmacy

I had a choice of pharmacies and I decided on Walmart because I do much of my shopping there. Surely its not always instantainious but I get waited on in a very quick method. I have experienced a good wait at other pharms I've used. Look, its kind if a timing thing so if you see many in line ahead of you, go do some other shopping and come back around, that's what I do. I really like and appreciate this pharmacy and will continue to.

I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years: I am in awe of how the pharmacy has changed!!! Phones answered, prescriptions ready they say they will be, I can understand who is speaking, the service has gone from very poor to absolutely terrific!!!!!! Keep up the awesome job. Whoever stepped in to implement these changes needs a promotion and a raise.!!!!! Hurrah and thank each employee so much!!!

The pharmacist Ganeka that's works there is very professional and is always caring to the customers I go there all the time and always see the fantastic job she does all the time day in and day out most important thing about this positive review is she treats everybody the same

Terrible visit. Almost 2 hrs waiting on prescription. Clerk check in tells me reason why it's not ready then supervisor says something else.... they said cause they wanted to make sure I had insurance or that I pay before hand. I haven't even paid and they're barely preparing my prescription... horrible pharmacy

Worst customer service at pharmacy, kept saying they couldn’t find my sons medication and stating with an rx number provided from another Walmart pharmacy was not showing up either but wouldn’t allow me to provide her with an rx number for her to locate my sons medication, once i let her know how does it not pop up if I haven’t provided her with an rx number she got irritated and said she will have someone else help me and left me on hold. Pharmacist really need to learn how to be patient and help in many ways not just do the bare minimum.

I have called 3 times now. I get put on hold each time without getting a word out of my mouth. And then I get left on hold. No one ever comes back to the phone. I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD AGAIN AS I TYPE THIS. I am going to leave the call connected and drive up there.

Says the pharmacy is open untill 9:00 pm, I went in there right now (8:12) and it is closed...it says on the schedule screen above the pharmacy that it closes at 6:00.
What is up with that?
A pharmacy that closes before dark in a store that's open till 9?
What sense does that make.
They were open later in the wintertime. Not very sensible if you ask me..

Long line, medicines are not ready even more than 5 hours called in by the doctor. Waiting time is about 30 minutes and the pharmacy technicians esp.Maria and the other lady are slow and doesn't smile.

Never have medications ready, never answer phones. Bad service they tell you to go elsewhere....gonna have to change pharmacy for sure..

TERRIBLE SERVICE 4 hrs for medicine when they kept saying 20 min wait each and every single time I came up to ask

This walmart Pharmacy is very slow at what they are doing with people medicine they are rude and disrespectful they don't care if you don't have your medicine i will never recommend this walmarr Pharmacy i haven't got my medicine from delivery they need to be sued fedex and walmart Pharmacy i have asthma i have gotten none of my medicine these people are cruel walmart made fedex lose my meds and they are lazy and I need my medicine please help me asap😪😭😭😡😱🥺

Pharmacists are lazy and refuse to pick up phones, then are rude and dismissive... do not even try calling them they do not care...
