Fiesta Jalisco

We had absolutely amazing experience in this restaurant tonight. There was very delicious food and friendly atmosphere, fast service, great music and decorations. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been vacationing in this area for years and this place hasn’t changed. It’s always been good food and we never had a bad service experience. Was surprised by the negative reviews to be honest. The salsa has a good spice to it. The chips and guacamole are always fresh. I think this place is on par with or better than other Mexican restaurants in the area. They all do a similar style of Mexican food and pricing. Obviously it’s not California level but it’s solid for the area not including Denver.

Had a really nice experience here tonight. The staff were very friendly, we received service immediately and our food was quick to be delivered. The food was delicious and great value for the price. Salsa was amazing!

Authentic restaurant ,as soon as we entered greeted with smiles from staff members. Atmosphere relaxing and food top quality I had the avocado tostada with sour cream on the side ,pinto beans rice ,it was presented very nicely and tasted amazing,the chef definitely takes pride in his culinary talents,last but not least a big thankyou to Jaime excellent service and professionalism.

My family had a great experience here last Sunday night. The margaritas were really good and the serving size was really good after a long day of skiing. Pictured is a pork burrito that I had. Nice atmosphere as well. I would return again.

This is a place where I feel very welcome by the staff, and I always recieve tasty, affordable food in a great atmosphere. Oliver offers the best drinks at the bar. Never a negative experience here. Been coming here for years and recommend to anybody

We absolutely loved Fiesta Jalisco. They have not disappointed since our last visit over 20 years ago. The food was spectacular, flavorful, delicious. The Tortilla soup was fabulous. The atmosphere was amazing and staff was super friendly. Definitely check Fiesta Jalisco out in Silverthorne.

We are so glad we stopped here. This was our last dinner in Keystone and was one of the few Mexican restaurants to choose from. Salsa was actually spicy, which was a little hard to find in Colorado. Food and service were great.

Amazing food. Loved their "Crunchy chille relleno" That's right. Crunchy! It was delicious. The service was great. The manager, Jaime, was very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal Mexican food. Every single bite was perfect. The staff was super nice, and the place was really clean. 10/10 would recommend any day.

Excellent food, drinks are always good, we had a big table ( 4 families) after softball and our server took Excellent care and covered us perfectly.

Can’t believe we have never eaten here before and can’t believe the low ratings. This place has excellent margaritas and the best damn red chile this side of Santa Fe. The Chile Rellenos, Olla beans and rice are delicious. Check it out

Been coming here for YEARS!!! The food is quite possibly the best in CO and I know because I live on this stuff! Great job to the staff and owners for keeping this alive in Summit County!!

The food was outstanding! They were also patient with our large family party and provided great service. We would eat here again in a heartbeat! Best way to end a trip in the mountains.
