I stopped in to check out our new restaurant in town. I had a great experience, this place reminds me of the tacarias from back home. The prices are the lower side of average with plates ranging from $10 to $30 depending on what your getting. Portions are generous. The place is well decorated and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend stopping by to check it out .

Delicious & authentic, made to order in a fast-casual environment (order first, sit down & get food 5-10 mins) - small bar included, with full drink menu. Best quesadillas I’ve had in a long time, they give you the full circle not just one tortilla folded in half. Guacamole included in most items. Great place to get full taste Mexican without aitting for full wait service. Try this over the chain and you will love it.

Stopped in after a day skiing and was starving. Fortunately, the grilled chicken Burrito more than filled me up and was really tasty. Salsa bar is a nice touch too. Will be back for sure.

By far the best tacos in Summit County! I've lived here almost 20 years and tried them all, these get my vote as the best! The asada and carnitas are always perfection, their in-house salsas are great, and the margs are made strong! I like that they have beer from Jalisco as well, that you can't buy anywhere else. I highly recommend this place, love coming here, food comes out quick, staff is nice, food is great, what more can you want!

Great real Mexican food. The Tortas are some of my favorite around…..so good. Margaritas are delicious. This is my go to place after skiing anywhere in Summit or Eagle country. Can’t wait until next time!

Good portions and generous sides for the price, which is reasonable (a rarity for mountain towns). A nice blend of authentic Mexican food with familiar Tex-Mex classics. Lots of meat options and a great variety of entrees. Food is prepared quickly and the staff is very friendly.

Great grab and go spot after a long drive up from Denver or after a ski day.

Finally a great Mexican restaurant in Dillon. We are from California and this reminds us of home. Great ambiance and great margaritas. We had the Cadillac and it didn’t disappoint!
Worth every penny

One of the better Mexican restaurants in Summit County. Food takes a little while to come out but it is worth the wait. Love the salsa bar as well.

Delicious food and friendly service! My taco salad had fresh mixed greens and the chicken was flavorful and fresh. My friends got a mix of chicken and steak fajitas and they were also delicious. Quick and friendly service.

Great authentic food and friendly service. My husband and I shared the steak quesadillas and they were huge! Great deals on large margs-buy one get one. Get the skinny marg! Will be stopping by here again!

The real deal. Anyone familiar w San Diego taquerias will be right at home. So hard to find outside of So Cal. Food is on point. A burrito is a meal and and a half and it costs $12. Vege and pescatarian friendly.

This is probably the best Mexican food in Summit County. I was shocked, as we only stopped in to kill a few minutes before running an errand. After trying the salsa and chips, we decided to order some tacos and then some more. They were amazing. This place is "authentic" in the way it prepares the food, so it's not going to be taco bell style. Absolutely loved it.

Hands down one of the best tortilla soups I’ve ever had. The carnitas super tacos are huge. And for all the cheap people complaining about pricing. The quality isn’t missing at all goto the fast food chains if you want to lose quality and pay the price point you want. These guys should have sit down dinning service to match the food quality. Bravo Q-BOLE! Please keep the high quality!
