Einstein Bros. Bagels

Although located in a ski resort area where EVERYONE wants a hot bagel before their day starts, the wait time was not nearly as bad as I imagined. The workers are very proficient and kind. I love going here before snowboarding down Keystone. I come here once a week!

Love this place! The food is delicious and always tastes perfect! Victor has outstanding customer service!! He is always friendly and smiling. I can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Jorge is also very nice and courteous. This is definitely our go to for breakfast!

1st things 1st, the food has always been delicious 😋. But what sets a restaurant apart from the others, is the cleanliness & especially the service. I've NEVER been here and it was filthy. The staff are kind & willing to serve. The coffee is hot & delightful.

Had not been to an Einstein bagel in years and forgot how good it was. We had breakfast sandwiches, bagels and chi tea lattes. Everything was great. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food came out quickly.

Bagels are great. Staff is attentive and friendly. I think the coffee is best in Summit County!

The ladies here always accommodate and help me get what I need on busy Monday mornings. I always get the shmear bakers dozen box for my household, and this makes the start of the week a little better!

They are wonderful people especially the manager or maybe he's the owner I eat here all the time and they treat me wonderful 💯 😊

Consistency is key, and this location gives you that. Lox bagel is choice.

Knocked out chicken & spinach artichoke. Farmhouse. Both were super good & Caribou coffee was super good. Nice location as well

First time trying out Einstein Bros Bagels and it was an excellent breakfast choice. The line was out the door, but it was moving fairly quick. I had the Farmhouse Egg Breakfast Sandwich and honestly it was delicious. The bagel was fresh and soft. Definitely coming back when we visit again.

You have to try the spinach bagel. Had a veggie sandwich and it was awesome! They did seem to be out of a lot of products like many are right now however the young man that handled our order was really good about suggesting alternatives. He handled it very well. Clean and quick

Was very busy and they handled the backup very well. Had not been to one of these stores in some time and was surprised at all the sandwich options. And I loved the eatable bagels, too; soft and delicious.

I read all the negative reviews, but still needed a fairly healthy breakfast on the run so I risked it, anyway. Everything was fine! Two guys working in the front, one in the back, it wasn’t crowded at all and I walked in, ordered, and got my food in about five minutes. Overall happy with the place and glad I stopped in.

This is one of the best bagels I have ever had, the garlic aioli was what made my bagel. We got there around 9:30am and they were just starting to get busy, I just want to give the three employees that where there the biggest props. I could tell from their sign on the door showing shorter hours that they were short staffed. You could tell, but the employees that where there were working so hard. They were so nice and even though they were stressed with the line didn't show it. The woman making the bagels was killing it, and the two younger guys on register and coffee where running around helping where needed. Maybe have taken a little bit to get the food but it was hot and delicious and I would be back in a heartbeat and would wait even longer knowing I was getting some great food. Whoever those employees were working on 11/7 needs big recognition, they are the type of employees you want working for you. I'm sad I didn't get their names but they will know who they are, they know they have a good work ethic and are valued. Thank you for your hard work you three, I appreciate it.

I always avoided bagel shops, after all bagels are hard on the outside but chewy, chewy on the inside, but one day I found myself inside of an Einstein Brothers bagels store, and wow did my perspectives change!! Bagels are not like they were when I was a kid in the seventies, they are soft and delicious along with everything that is put on it avocado, eggs, cheese, ham, just amazing I loved it! I will be back, probably many times!!

We stopped for bagels. I needed to use the restroom. I had to wait for the staff member to finish cleaning. It took a bit and I was glad to wait. I was impressed on how well he did. When I peaked in he was even cleaning the walls. To top off the visit my bagel was fantastic too.

Really nice crew. Didn't have to wait long for my food and the coffee table was fully stocked. Best Einsteins I've been to

Einstein Bagels, Standard location. No Drive thru. The line move fast the day that I was there. Great standard Einstein Bagel.

I've been to Einstein's all over the country and have visited this location regularly over 5ish years during the ski seasons. This location is consistently the best. Even when there's a long line it moves quickly and the food isn't sloppily thrown together. The staff is always so nice even when I'm not in a great morning mood. If you're looking for a good grab n go bite on your way up to the slopes, this is the spot.
