Bluebird Market

Very cool place in Silverthorne to hangout, eat, get some work done. They currently have about 7 different food places to eat from. Its big a spacious. All the food looked great and the food we tried was awesome. We ate at the taco stand.

We really enjoyed the Baja Shrimp & Baja fish taco (add $0.50 for flour tortilla) from Baja Chimayo and Steak Quesadilla empanadas (add $0.50 for Chimichurri sauce) from Lavo Empanadas!

Came here around Sunday, 4pm and service was relatively quick (no queue, 5 mins to collect food).

Surprising find in the midst of outlet shopping at Silverthorne. This is a food court concept, decorated with fairy lights with drinks bar in the middle and surrounded by different food vendors. Water dispenser and napkins station conveniently located at the sides of the market. Market is well ventilated with no indoor musky food smell.

I had the beef, steak & spinach/cheese empanadas from Lazo Empanadas and the farmhouse salad from Blue Bird. The food was excellent. Super cool environment for adults and kids. Games upstairs, huge center bar, and what looks like rooms upstairs for private parties. This is a great stop on your way up the mountain!!

Great market! Lots of food and drink options, plenty of seating, some arcade games (upstairs), a library/ bookstore, and a cool atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the GF Vegan Red Pepper & Tomato soup from Colorado Marketplace & Bakery, in addition to empanadas from Lazo Empanadas.

Great food hall with so many selections for everyone. We got dinner here three times while we were in town.

Easy to stop by and park on your way through

Great place to take a bunch of people. Food court offers good variety and generally can find seating. Bar in the center. Food is a good variety. Most everyone can find something that suits them.

Great food hall type of place. It’s got a lot of seating and choices for food. There is a bar in the middle. There is a small arcade upstairs. They have ads up for live music. Each of the food vendors have their own hours. There is also a small deli/bakery off to the side entrance. Definitely plan to eat at all the food spots in here.

Burger was great from the burger place. Drinks were great form the bar. Cool atmosphere. Nice place to go when your group can't all agree on a place to eat!

We come here for dinner, on our vacations. There’s something for everyone. The food is collectively good, and there’s beer and cocktails.
The pizza place (which was really good) appears to be closed, so don’t count on that as an option.
Also, it’s LOUD. Everyone and their kids are pretty much running wild on the upper level. Like kids? You’re in the right place.
If you’re traveling with a group, this is a great after-skiing option that everyone will agree on.

Came to Bluebird Market for the first time expecting to eat Chimayo but as soon as we walked in i immediately smelled the burgers on the grille and we beelined to Colorado Mighty Burger.
We ordered the mushroom and three chili burgers with fries and cheese curds. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! 10/10 fire emoji flames. do not leave without trying the cheese curds, they're light and crunchy with the cheese pull dreams are made of. the burgers were cooked to PERFECTION and the fries are salty in all the right places. we will be back and telling everyone how much you're killing it!

You can't go wrong at this place you have different small restaurants too choose from Mexican food, Pizza, Burgers etc

Cute food hall. It's a little small compared to other food halls I've been to. It has a burger spot, Mexican, crepes, empanadas, and ice cream. It has a bar of course. It's nice bc it was only a 10 minute drive from our airbnb. We grab food from each vendor except the burger joint. The chicken burrito, quesadilla, empanadas, chicken tacos, le prosciutto crepe and banana fosters crepe was incredible. They do food to go too. We went on a Friday night around 8pm, but it was very quiet. Maybe 20-30 people total.

So many great options. We love the Salad Special at Hook Harvest which has such a great variety of veggies along with tasty chicken. It’s so fresh, delicious and filling! We go there at least twice a month for it. Bluebird market is also a great place in general when you have to please a crowd because this cute food hall has got something for everyone - even the pickiest eaters. Plus a nice game area for the kids to play.

This is a great place to stop for lunch on your way through Silverthorne! I tried the lemon chicken crepe and we got a few empanadas for the road! It’s spacious, clean and has lots of options!

Great selection of restaurants ice cream and even a bar. Highly recommend!!

Go to place for us even though there are many great places in town. Cute atmosphere (come for trivia or the other events if you can), nice people, and personally I cant speak for many of the places except that the ono burrito from Chimayo is one of the better fish burritos you can get in the state and the bakery has some good items.

So excited about Bluebird Market! I love the vibe. Great gluten free options at most of the restaurants.

Didn't know this was here, it's new..nice/good food options, cool vibe, definitely coming back when back in Silverthorne/Frisco!

Great variety of different types of food, I chose the Mexican food today. The steak burrito with grilled onions and green peppers, fajita style. It was amazing.
