Great burger place, I would rather go here than McDonald’s or Wendy’s. Whenever I order here I get hot burgers, that taste great!

I’d rather go here and get a whopper then go to five guys for almost double the price

Dining area is clean too. What a difference when compared to the Taco Hell next door. I never really liked Burger King, but my kids wanted to try it and I'm glad I did.

This location is nicely updated while even providing a play area for children. Orders are both taken and given quickly, with the food quality being great.

They have the impossible whopper, which we get for dinner about once a week (no shame). The location has always been fine, and I’ve had no issues or complaints. However, the reason I am writing a review tonight was because of the great experience we had in the drive-thru. The employee running the drive-thru by the name of Mitchell (who I am assuming is new because I had not seen him before) was incredibly customer oriented and went above and beyond. He was very friendly and kind from the moment he took our order, and even offered to bring our order to our car in the rain so that the folks behind us in the drive-thru didn’t have to wait for their order unnecessarily. This was easily the nicest experience I’ve had in a drive-thru. Fast, efficient, and delicious (for fast food).

I would give it 0 stars, but the weekly comic relief provided by these clowns is impeccable. The tall lady manager is better suited as the person at the end of a drive through car wash that towels off excess water. She screams and yells at her employees all the while skipping over orders and blaming everyone else for orders missing or incomplete. I didn’t know Burger King offered soup sandwiches.
Update 5/17/19
The entire management team has been replaced. Since then, I go there 2-3 times a week and have seen extreme changes. Customer service is wonderful, food is all Burger King. Fast, easy, and with the app, cheap. I would go here everyday, but my heart couldn’t take it, lol. I believe everyone should give them a second chance.

We have been coming to this location for years and the food is kinda hit or miss but we come back late nights cuz customer service means a lot to us and Cynthia is always just so nice and we enjoy are few seconds with her each late night visit

Hands down the best burger king in northern VA. Always ask if I want cheese and never screw up my order. Shout out to Andy, the best fast food employee I have ever met.

This place is the best!!!! The food is amazing far superior to 🌮 Taco Hell and McShits. The staff is always on point and extra friendly. The establishment is impeccably clean even the play area. This place is just an over all delight.

I love this place so much, specially if I'm craving for tasty hamburgers this is just a perfect place to be with, I have been here for a couple of time and really enjoy the service and food..
