The store is clean, the staff is so friendly & professional. No wonder they're always packed. If you're in the neighborhood, stop in & try the blackberry lemonade. This store has very helpful staff.

Our order had a mistake & we didn't realize it until after the restaurant closed. They were very helpful & put us in touch with the GM, who looked up the receipt & made it right for us. He really went the extra mile.

Nice staff and the food is very fresh, the menu has a good verity of things on it.
Prices have gone up. This cost 37$ for 2 people, and I'm not sure the tips on cc goto the staff or manager as I didn't see a tip jar for cash?

Three of us enjoyed lunch here on 8/9/2021. They have a wide variety of menu offerings from salads and soups to sandwiches and all are freshly prepared. And unlike a lot of restaurants, this place seems to have a magic formula for retaining service-oriented employees without raising prices -- so far. We're becoming regulars here!

The four-cheese sandwich and potato salad are my go-to comfort foods. Chuckles!

Always great food and friendly service

Great, fresh food. Huge baked potato with lean meat and the French dip sandwich are delicious. Place is always clean and the clear plastic glasses are a nice, unique take on quasi-fast food. Usually around $10 per meal and the deserts, cookies and other bakery items, are good too. A lot of bang for your buck.

McAlister's is a chain of restaurants specializing in sandwiches. This review pertains to the Lime Kiln Lane location in Louisville.

We've been occasional customers of this restaurant for a number of years and have found the service and food quality consistently good.

The menu offers a good selection of sandwich options and side dishes including soups, salads and desserts. A variety of baked potato varieties a leading feature. Some potato dishes are a complete meal. The iced tea, sweet or unsweetened, is better than most others.

Orders are placed at the counter and staff then brings the food to the table. They also clear the tables when you leave. Outdoor seating is available all year on the sidewalk adjacent to the building.
Carry-out service is available and popular.

Kid friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The facility well maintained and clean, including the restrooms. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible.

Free parking lot is shared with other businesses, convenient parking places usually available nearby.

Groups of modest size are accommodated, no reservations or reserved seating. Can be crowded at times of peak demand.

Cash, credit and debit cards accepted.

McAllister's deli is a fine deli and the atmosphere is one of decadence and suavé fare. Stop in for a quick delicious work lunch or call ahead to save a bit of time, or order online and skip the line. No matter how you do, it's a good meal and a great deal. 5 stars doesn't leave out marks for cleanliness, cheerfulness, and perhaps, a bit of bliss. Waist not much time, and it won't be, on this.

The staff was friendly and so helpful! The food was fresh and delicious! We will visit again when we visit our daughter who is in school in Louisville. Such a great place!

The food was so yummy, priced right and quick. The service was very happy and patient with my loud friends and I. Refills on the drinks, cool ac and good food.

Busy location today, but this location is also arguably the best McAlister's location in Louisville KY. They do not skimp on servings and the quality is always fresh & flavorful.
