Had a great experience here today! Customer service exceeded expectations. Matthew served us at the register and was so patient and knowledgeable with our questions. He greeted us with a smile and was so kind throughout our interaction, going the extra mile to watch for when we were ready with our order while he was cleaning. So thoughtful! The other workers, Savannah and Aiden (forgive me if there is a misspelling!) were also very kind, courteous, and were working heartily. Definitely one of the best service interactions at Starbucks. I would definitely come in to be served by these guys!

Y'all I wait for this every year. Time to get my Starbucks Ornament. And this year they made an ornament and a cold cup that match!!

Pretty crowded but they are pretty fast inside. Got the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino,... Perfect!

It is a pleasure to visit this Starbucks! Baristas are above and beyond kind (referring to me by name), patient in answering all of my coffee questions, and giving my puppy whipped cream and all kinds of love in the drive through!! Service was fast and seasonal drinks are on point.

The staff is always very nice and kind, and drinks and food are always made right. The establishment is always clean, and whether it’s very early in the morning or later in the afternoon, I’ve always find it good enough to sit down and read a book while sipping on an amazing cup of coffee.

This store is amazing. The baristas are always so charming, helpful, and kind. I know I can count on them to give me a smile! It’s a shame they don’t allow tips on credit cards. I really wish I could show my appreciation for how hard they work, but I never carry cash on me. They deserve it!

Lorrie Lai is the best every! Great customer service ! Always friendly, patient and kind. She’s the main reason I come back! And she makes my drinks the best. Tell her Jeremy sent you !! She’s awesome. Goooo Lorrie !!

The nicest people on the planet work here. During the morning rush they ran out of nitro brew and I wasn’t prepared for my mind to go blank and forget how to order coffee. The guy taking my order was so nice in suggesting an alternative and describing what was in it and suggesting changes to it so it wouldn’t overwhelm me with sweetness.

Great people work here. They get to know their regular customers orders, are friendly but focused and hard working, which is important at such a busy high volume store. Wish the store had double the interior seating, .....like if they could buy the bank building right next door! (I'm looking at you Paul Williams!)

My first time ever having Starbucks. It was great!!! Not too expensive. I had a gift card from Christmas. The service was great and what I ordered was so good it was sinful.

Efficient and will never let you down. I love my local starbucks. I think they make drinks better than other locations and they're always friendly. The most recent time I went I was happy the pumpkin was restocked so I could be basic js 😂

I have been to just about every starbucks in the Louisville area, let me tell you hands down this is the best location!
Working in customer service and the restaurant buisness my whole life I always feel the need to greet the cashiers with the same how is your day. Now don't get me wrong most places aay im good thank you, one starbucks In particularly is not ammused by my hello and I don't even get a hello back. Everytime ive been to the Frankfort ave starbuck the employees greet me with the same warming hello I have given them also the coffee quality hands down is my favorite. I order the same thing. Either hot or cold.
So I just really wanted to take the time to say thank you and boast about what a wonderful job you are doing.

Order was smooth and great service! Enough space to do school work.

My wife from Amsterdam just tried her first American Starbuck (singular?), something Frappa-Cappa-Venta-Yadda idk, and she said "OooOOOO that's good!" Rip lol

I visit this location regularly as it is close to home. I find the staff here consistently helpful and friendly. The product, as always, is crazy consistent, which keeps me coming back for certain.
