Canada Post

Very friendly staff, friend of mine was mailing a parcel and I was just the emotional support.

When I asked the wonderful lady's about if they had a roll of larger bubble wrap for sale, just to pop it. The one went into the back and found me some of the large bubbles.

Very much occupied my ADHD/Autism, 10/10, I would go here again to be emotional support for a friend.

This post office has the nicest 3 employees working for them. I like how if you go there quite a bit for a P.O. Box they get to know your name and say hi everytime. It’s nice.

Staff is always very helpful and kind even though they are being asked to also do work on the floor with how busy they already are with their own customers. I know they are Shoppers employees and not Canada Post employees but they really should be paid equal pay for doing the same job. They deserve it.

Been coming here for years now wouldn’t go anywhere else the 3 people I see there every time I go are amazing and so intelligent they know so much and they don’t even work for Canada post they work for shoppers so koodos to you three for doing an awesome job for less money then the actual post office downtown. We all know you have absolutely nothing to do with prices so these reviews should be based on you not Canada post prices. The man I see mostly at night and the two girls are so incredibly nice So I think who has had a bad experience should probably check on their own attitudes cause these 3 couldn’t treat anyone disrespectful and I do know them as a loyal customer for years, keep up the great work doing post office and shoppers duties must be difficult considering how busy you all are in post.

The staff are friendly and willing to assist you with anything they can. I pick up my parcels at this location (closet post office to my address). They treat me like a regular customer and wish me a great day every time. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

I have lived in Sarnia for 9 months now and I have made this post office my destination of choice. The lines are usually minimal, or nothing at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They’re open 7 days a week and I use the Flex Delivery as my primary method for receiving all mail. Since Flex is free I don’t have to pay for a PO Box and I get a message whenever something is there. I look forward to seeing the staff there whenever I go because I feel they go above and beyond to take care of me.

This is basically my main post office because its closest to me. The staff is always friendly and always willing to help if they can. Usually line ups are fairly short and they move people through as fast as they can. I will continue to use this location!

Staff are usually friendly. Sometimes it lines up and i have never seen more than one cashier assisting customers. Went there twice this week. Printer broken one day and the next big lineup with one person with literally dozens of parcels to mail. Only one cashier

Please hire staff that doesn't whine around looking so grumpy it's very intimidating at my job we are to smile no matter what and to be respectful no matter the day or time or how slow or fast the day is! Even if my own worst enemy came in I would still smile and not show any moodiness!

I went to pick up a package at the Indian rd post office and they were closed for maintenance  It's unfortunate that there was no notice before having a package delivered there, but I understand sometimes maintance is necessary. What I do not understand is the rude and unprofessional attitude of the employee working Thursday morning April 14th. Instead of saying I am sorry for the inconvience. You can come pick up your package at ___ time when we are open, all I got was a "we're closed", in a rude and condescending tone. I asked how I am supposed to pick up my package not knowing how long they would be closed for. All she said was "when we open again" in a rude tone. Please hold your employees to a standard of professionalism. That is embarrassing.
