Staff are always friendly and helpful at this location. We visited in May 2018 for the Race To Erase. The employees were really nice and even took us for a short tour.

Sometimes they can be rude but they get the job done. They explain things thoroughly and seem to at least try to be kind. I think they hate their jobs.

The service is hit or miss. I've had great, friendly service and I've had service that made me feel as though I was inconveniently bothering the employee. The environment is very impersonal and small. Its the only post office in Sarnia, however, so I will continue to use it no matter what when needed.

Port Huron is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan and the county seat of St. Clair County. The population was 28,983 at the 2020 census. The city is bordered on the west by Port Huron Township, but the two are administered autonomously. Port Huron is located along the source of the St. Clair River at the southern end of Lake Huron. The city is along the Canada–United States border and directly across the river from Sarnia, Ontario.
