Very helpful this store didn't have my daughter's phone screen on hand but they had one at one of their other stores they expedited the screen and had the phone fixed that day I feel he went above and beyond for his customer that day very polite . If you are in Melbourne and need your phone or tablet fixed I strongly recommend you check them out and it was cheaper than back home. Very nice job

Awesome customer service!!! Immediately attended to our simple charging port cleaning on my iPhone without a fee. We insisted and ended up leaving him with tip of $10. We were in and out within 15mins. Shorty before that we just at Visual Dynamics down the street and disappointed for this simple iPhone repair where a min charge of $60 and an appointment a week away was required. Come here first for your iPhone repairs!!

Had a Motorola phone break New Year’s Eve. They were able to get it fixed and back to me New Year’s Day within hours. Very satisfied with the service and overall turn around.

I have been to this location numerous times due to having kids with slippery hands. Each visit went smoothly but my recent visit led to an encounter with Noah. I brought in two phones for screen replacements and Noah had both repaired in one hour. Excellent service, customer service and a really friendly guy. This company is lucky to have him.

The guy here was able to save a bent iPad 9 with a new screen. I could not believe it. It functions like new and he fixed it in only a couple hours. Highly recommend this place.

Dropped my phone (Samsung S20 - a few years old model) off the balcony at our hotel.... Five floors down to a tiled patio! These folks had the new screen on hand and were able to fix the phone in an hour. It would have been very difficult to travel without it, so I am grateful and satisfied.

Customer service is amazing here! My youngest daughter cracked her iPhone screen, so we ordered a screen replacement kit online and my husband replaced the screen himself, just as he had successfully done 3 times before with my other daughters iPhones. But this time, her sound was no longer working and neither was her home button. I didn’t know what to do and was about to just buy her a new phone, but wasn’t really too enthusiastic about dropping that much money. So, I decided to take her iPhone to them, hoping they would be able to tell me what was wrong and if it could even be fixed. I’d never been to any of the repair shops so I didn’t know
if they would even tell me anything without paying for some sort of diagnostic service, but I anticipated it. I was totally surprised by how nice and helpful the guy was! He checked it out for me and quickly knew why both the sound and home button were not working, he even fixed the sound problem for me. The home button problem was a little trickier, but he gave me his honest advice...and didn’t charge me a thing OR try to sell me on the home button replacement! I was so blown away by how helpful and honest he was! Thank you!

I’m horrible with phones 😔. So I got my phone fixed a few times from this location. The customer service has always been nothing less than exceptional. They are willing to work with you if you received an quote else where. As well as great quality never been disappointed with the outcome. Not to mention the rapid turn around. My last visit my phone was fixed in less than an hour. I highly recommend these guys for any phone repairs.
