Me, my wife and kids and grandmother have visited this newly opened establishment “3” times since they opened just over a week ago…. That’s how good the boba and real ice cream shakes are! If you get the opportunity to stop by please do, you will not be disappointed!

If you're looking for a Boba place, this is the place to go! They allow you to create your own drink, or you can order off their amazing menu. This place is so cool, The staff is so sweet. Even though they might not have the flavor you want, they will find something for you. Words can't describe how good this place is. You have to try this place out!

I had never been to a place like this before and I had no idea what to order because i cannot have lots of sugar. The employee behind the counter Lizzy was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and then we added coffee jellies! It was the best! We will definitely be back!

I got a mango fruit tea with mango popping pearls and it was amazing! The workers were extremely friendly and welcoming!! 11/10 recommend!!

Awesome flavor selection and customization options for boba and energy spritzers. They also have non-dairy options! Convenient location, seating available, will definitely be back for ice cream 🙃

I stopped by for a tea early in the week, it was very refreshing. The staff was very helpful. Then on Thursday I stopped in for a Chocolate Milkshake with my brother. The shakes were delicious. I will definitely return.

Wonderful Boba tea and ice cream. The staff is always friendly and happy to make recommendations. We drive 30 minutes each way to pick up Boba from here. Highly recommend!

Finally got to try this place out, I got manny's coffee boba and my girlfriend got the beach bum spritzer. Both were well worth the trip beachside, will have to make this place part of our regular rotation.

I got the Longan Honey Boba Tea and it was excellent. They had a good selection of drinks.

Very clean prepping area, staff was helpful, ordered two boba drinks, drinks were ready fast and tasted great. Definitely will be back to try other drinks there..

Wow what a treat! We came to Urban Tea after failing to find another Boba place with indoor seating when the rain came, so glad we did! Everything our group got was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful when our kids were undecisive on what they wanted. 10/10 would recommend!!

Walking in is refreshing in itself!! Being met by the incredibly friendly staff in a brand new state of the art location and then get served the best teas and boba's I've ever had was amazing!!! Can't wait ti come back!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been here a few times with my family, the staff is always friendly and the boba is on point. I’ve tried almost every boba place in the area and this one seems to be the only one that knows how to prepare the boba correctly. Also the ability to mix ice cream and boba brings the experience to a whole other level.

Excellent new boba tea shop! Location may be a little tricky, but well worth finding. The owner is very welcoming, and the tea and hand scoop ice cream is great. So glad there is a shop like this in this part of IHB. Nice to be so close to the beach access.
