My parents and I have always bought furniture and appliances from Kevin. He’s an awesome manager/owner. Employees are very helpful and professional. Great job!

After my recliner bit the dust, I decided it was time for a whole new furniture set for my family room, so I came here on the recommendation of a family member.

The store was clean, and the staff was pleasant. One of the associates offered to help find what I was looking for in the color I wanted, through wasn't pushy with wanting to get a sale. When I'd selected what I wanted, I was told the pieces I'd selected were in stock and could be delivered the same week. I'd requested a certain day and they said they'd give me a call to set up a time.

The day before the date I'd mentioned, they called and confirmed a time with of between 10 and 12. The furniture was delivered at 10 on the dot and brought into the house where I wanted everything to go. Everything arrived in good condition.

Found the perfect couch after sitting on numerous couches. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and extremely patient.

My first visit was with Laurel and Kevin. I received excellent service and was extremely happy with my purchase. Went in today and made another order with Patsy and Kevin. Again, they were quick, courteous and professional! I'm excited for my new delivery! I am a customer for life! ❤

I've been doing business with this location for many years and most of my furniture has been purchased from them. Wonderful shopping experience. Located on US 1 just north of aurora rd. The sakes staff was very helpful. Only showed me what I was looking for. Not pushy at all. Explained the way it works. Order on Thursday delivery on Tuesday for an example. They have 100 days same as cash. Financing available for most people. Even with a low credit score. I was impressed. The store was clean. And the staff seems to know about the products they sell. From washers dryers and other appliances to living room furniture to bedroom sets. And you don't have to purchase the set. If all you want is a chair you don't have to but sofa and tables etc to go with. Love this option. Reasonably priced to other places I have shopped. Easy access in and out. Hours til 6 during the week.

This is a great place to buy your home furnishings! I have been a customer here for many years. The owner Kevin is one of the nicest and most honest man you will ever meet. The delivery men are polite and efficient. Great service all around.

My wife and I needed furniture for our home. We were basically starting over and the furniture we had (bought from Big Lots) served its purpose but was wearing out after 4 years. So, we searched high and low for quality furniture that would last at a reasonable price. We tried Ashley, Rooms To Go, Indian River, Haverty's, Lay-Z-Boy, and Hudson's. Let me tell you...that is a lot of reading, driving around, and time. When we went to Badcock, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We discovered a good selection of furniture at more than fair prices with excellent quality. We particularly liked their rustic style offerings!

They had the ONLY power recliner and love seat with a 350 lb. heavy duty rating (and it came in a rustic grey/brown microsuede). The microsuede material is long-lasting, easy to clean, and is never too hot or too cold. We saved between $1,500-$2,000 dollars by shopping here. Additionally, they offered an optional delivery service. Respectfully, furniture assembly/moving is not one of our giftings and we don't own a truck so this really made sense for us. They also offer optional damage protection on their furniture. If you don't use their damage protection, after purchasing it, they will credit your account. This makes sense for furniture that will get heavy use like loveseats, sofas, and recliners.

Somehow, everything was in stock for fast delivery and service was outstanding. Try that during the pandemic...many competitive stores said it was going to take 12-16 weeks for furniture to be made then additional time for delivery. All at high er price points too. We did buy the dining table set and bedroom set at their store in Rockledge during our first trip (the service and selection were fantastic there as well). We bought the rest from the store in Melbourne because it was close to all of the other furniture stores we were checking and we had limited time for shopping around.

Please review their website, stop in, and strongly consider Badcock as your first choice for all of your home furnishing needs. They have great convenient hours...ideal for busy families like ours. My wife and I are so happy with our choice because everything lined up like it was supposed to. Badcock offered us excellent friendly service, quality merchandise that will last, and more than competitive pricing. Plus, they are a local family-owned business too...rather than a corporate chain store. They really do care about their customers and stand behind what they sell.

We recently purchased a home in Viera and I came down for a few days to start furnishing the house. I was discouraged with the lack of help at most of the furniture stores that I went in to and also the extended time that it would take to get furniture. I went into this Badcock store and was so pleased with my experience. Laurel spent time with me to look at the different options and prices and I was also thrilled to hear that they could deliver the furniture within a day or two. They went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get a delivery while I was in town and then set things up so that I could get other furniture that I wanted delivered on my next visit. Very nice management and staff, a pleasure to work with!

Babcock store sells Layzboy and Serta brands, so that's where we started our mattress and recliner shopping. We picked out our favorites and spent the day comparison-shopping all-over town; only to return to Babcock and buy the recliners and mattress. The staff is so helpful but not pushy. The furniture and bedding quality is top of the line and the best price in town.

This store is awesome and the owner and employees are amazing. They treat you like family and do anything to find what you like and need. Very friendly and amicable atmosphere. I’ve been a customer for years and will not go anywhere else! Stop by and you’ll see for yourself!
