Aaron's Rent To Own

I change my review to 5 stars because the company reach out to me and everything was solved as i have said we have gotten a few things that we have paid off and during the tental agreements we never had any problems with the products we have rented. And they always have a lot of products to choose from and if not they will have it shipped from another store and it dont take very long to get it.

I have been going to this Aaron's for years. The employees are very customer care oriented. Their employee Joe goes above and beyond to make sure he meets the customer's standards. The employee that helped me, more recently, was Kevin. He was very responsive and helped me find a good deal on the merchandise I purchased.

Great service from great people. If you aren’t low down and dirty scum of the Earth but rather respect contractual agreements, then your experience with Aaron’s and their kind staff will be nothing short of 5 stars. Anyone saying different has outstanding balances that they refuse to pay and would rather complain online than take accountability for their own actions.

We went in to get furniture. They checked on us when we 1st came in but didn't hover. Once we needed help on the items we got it went great. The front desk was laughing and playing with my kids which helped with paperwork. All of them were very professional. They were able to deliver my furniture when I asked.

Every time I go in they always are looking to help I have purchased many many items over the years from washer, dryer, chairs, and today a sectional. They are great!!!
