MedExpress Urgent Care

Was a great experience, I was able to schedule my visit online to avoid having to wait incase they were busy. The receptionist and the nurse were very welcoming and professional, and the whole facility was so clean and looked great. I would definitely recommend to others.

If there were 100 stars, I would choose 100. Everyone was pleasant and interested, and we updated my account easily. Both nurse and doctor were efficient but not in a hurry. I live 25 miles from the nearest urgent care, and our community-at-large is served well by these folks. High praise for what they do. Thank them effusively the next time you need medical care.

The entire visit went smoothly. The PA was able to explain everything I needed to know. MedExpress is the place to go when you are sick.

I left with an appropriate prescription that was filled very quickly by Walgreens.

After a reasonable wait I was seen by a professional PA who quickly and accurately diagnosed my problem and prescribed proper medications.

Great scheduling options and professional staff. At intake Deb handled everything proficiently and promptly for my DOT Physical. Jeannie my nurse and Lynn Marsh the PA-C were thorough and skillfull in my history and exam. Professional and pleasant along the way.
This was my 4th visit (1 illness, 3 Physicals) and highly recommend Med Express for your health care needs.

Started feeling much better within a couple days of my visit.

Service was super fast and the hours are from 8-8 everyday. Love the staff, so professional and caring. We saw Wendy the PA, hands down one of the best medical professionals who knew how to deal with my sons T1 and medications for his recent illness.

From FL visiting WV when I got a sinus infection. I chose MedExpress in Elkins, WV. I was totally impressed with the staff and the care I received.

cold waiting room but excellent ontime service

Entire staff was amazing, from receptionist to the doctor we saw. We were seen quickly. Our nurse Janet was wonderful. Everyone was kind, considerate and very nice to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

This is without a doubt the place to go for great care without all the hassles. Had an emergency and was new in town, but no one would see me because I wasn’t already a patient. These folks treated me right away. Awesome! Staff is caring and very experienced.
