A Better You Day Spa

Had a mini spa day with Sara . Exfoliating, head massage, foot massage with hot stones and massage with hot stones it was so relaxing! I loved it . I feel like a new person. Thanks to Sara! She was great!

Kimberly is the best at what she does! Everything you can think of; cut, color, and building confidence. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she truly knows customer service on a level I’ve yet to experience! Needless to say she is my new stylist, and if you want a”better you” for everyday life…book her now and thank me later!

I got a massage from Misty yesterday. My day today has been so much better and more relaxed, and I am so grateful for her excellent skills.

I appreciate her attentiveness to my wellness, and her ability to focus on the tense areas. My body is much lighter and more relaxed today, and I slept better last night and woke up feeling more rested.

They stay busy so book ahead of time! Booked a month ago. I've had other similar but nothing like this experience. I had a massage, facial, and foot treatment. When I got there I was having a very bad day and was actually in tears. Misty did my massage and had so much patience and understanding. Brittany did my other services and she was super sweet and talked with me to get my mind off everything. These girls picked me up, made me laugh, and when I left I truly felt a weight had been lifted from me. Will definitely be returning!

What a wonderful experience! From the time I made my appointment the kindness and professionalism was on point. I had Becca that did my waxing service and she made me feel like family. I had a massage with Morgan yesterday. It was such a wonderful experience. She was very thorough with the consultation and assured me my areas of concern would be well taken care of. She recommended me some reflexology as well as more regular massages as I have some spots that need just an extra boost.

The salon atmosphere is overall relaxing. You walk in and it is clean, relaxing sounds are being played throughout the spa. You are greeted at a front desk, checked in, and shown to a very comfortable waiting area. There's a door to the left side of the waiting area that isn't exactly visible, so it caught me off guard when my massage therapist came out. The rooms are small and cozy, and the nicest touch was after the massage was over, Morgan gave me a small slip of paper with a recommended return time, suggestions for the day (drink water, soak in Epsom salts, etc), and she haded me some delicious orange infused water.

Also worth noting is that you get a gorgeous discount for booking another appointment with them within 4 weeks and paying cash that day.

I would definitely recommend this place, and I will for sure be back!

This spa is great I've had a good experience each visit....... but Travis is hands down my best MT, he was very in tune with the process from start to finish and very knowledgeable about the condition of my stressed muscles. Very polite and professional and a great added asset to this team❤❤❤❤

I scheduled a surprise massage for my wife's birthday while we were in town on vacation. After a schedule change to my daughter's soccer tournament they were super accommodating and shifted her time. When I told my wife shortly before we needed to leave, she wasn't feeling well. I called a Better You and they were completely understanding and cancelled her appointment at no charge. Only way I could figure to give them something was to write a solid review. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

I had my wedding in Chattanooga from way out of state and Claire took me on to do my hair the day before the wedding and the day of the wedding. She did an amazing job! I went with a 40's style on my long, curly, frizzy, challenging hair and she made it absolutely perfect. Claire is awesome! The whole staff was so sweet and considerate!
