We went there for reviewing passport for my two kids. Since appointments were a few weeks out across Eastside/Seattle post offices and King county courthouses, we went to North Bend for a walk-in on a Saturday (walk-ins window: Saturdays, 11am-2pm).

The lady at the passport counter was very helpful, patient and helped us complete the application process as required by Department of State. She was very professional.

Before North Bend, we went to Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah post offices where walk-ins were either closed for last week of December or the USPS employees were just rude and unhelpful and acted like we were not wanted. North Bend USPS office was a pleasant surprise indeed!

I miss this location...I recently moved to Issaquah and the post office here is horrible. I miss my packages going out the same day I got them to the post office (like they did in North Bend). I miss the friendly ladies that work there. I miss the ease shipping my products.

So. I just got a call from the postmaster and the package was BEHIND the house (I hadn't thought about that, wise for porch piracy). Five stars for quick response and figuring out a better way to deal with stolen packages.

Totally impressed with their service--I had a package delivered to my mailbox and could not retrieve it because the key wouldn't work. Called the post office here in North Bend and was greeted by Morgan, cheerful , attentive and very helpful . Within 10 min she returned my call for help and had coordinated with the mail carrier, also very pleasant, to meet me at the mail box in 5 min-- case closed-- I am impressed. Amazing customer service every time I call or go in! Only complaint is that my mail carrier wont come up my driveway but i guess that's what we get living in the boonies. Karen & Morgan are absolute gems to work with, thank you for having good folks to take care of us!

I went to the North Bend Post Office to get a new passport. The process was super easy and quick. Took no more than 15 minutes. Roxanne was very helpful, kind and sweet.

Soo and Karen were a terrific help when I had to ship some packages. They even found the lowest cost option for me. Just great folks.

Dave's customer service is on another level, he knows how to take care of you properly and efficiently. Keep up the awesome service

The lady at the counter was nothing but helpful, and helped me figure out exactly what mail service I needed. (it was something I totally could have looked up online but sometimes it's nice to talk to a person!)

I love this Post office. It's hardly ever crowded except for the Holidays. The people do their best to move people through.
