The staff here was especially helpful, and went out of their way to make us customized drinks. They were all super friendly too. Great group of staff you have working here. Give them all a raise!

Friendly staff, fast service. good location if you are buying fuel from the Safeway fuel station. Clean bathrooms. Food and drinks meet the Starbucks expectation.

Great food and beverage. I went in not knowing what I wanted to eat. Sad to find out the salads are no longer available, the Barista offered suggestions which helped me decide. She was patient and kind. I appreciate her taking the time to help even though I could have easily just read the board. She was fantastic. Don’t know her name but good crew working on this Wednesday morning!

Great pit stop off the freeway with a beautiful view of Mount Si. Fill up your tank at the Safeway gas station, use the bathroom in Starbucks, and grab a coffee before getting back on the freeway. There's a small handful of tables and lounge chairs for folks that need a longer break.

We pulled up to the window and unexpectedly received 1 of our 2 drinks for free due to a long wait. The wait did not seem unreasonable to us and we were pleasantly surprised to receive such great customer service.

We had a long wait in the drive thru so they actually gave us everything free. They were very sweet about the situation and went above and beyond.

On our route to Leavenworth and I just needed some coffee before we got to snoqualmie pass. A quick drive thru and a grande toasted white chocolate mocha was just perfect to calm my nerves! Why it tasted so amazing today was beyond me but I was happy and distracted from the snow. Not many coffee options after this stop so plan accordingly!

Starbucks is Starbucks, same expectation as any other locations. They did offer me a new refill since I spilled mine in my lap (was an insanely hot Americano) during the drive-through handoff. I respectfully declined the refill and was done with coffee the day.

Don't be fooled by the long lines. This little Starbucks is built for speed!

Starbucks located inside the store. Fairly well stocked as far as in-store Starbucks go. Service people are friendly and efficient, and the store is kept clean.

This is a nice and fast location. I talked with one barista (I work at Starbucks and I was just getting my food and drink mark out) she was incredibly nice and funny I forgot her name but I really liked talking to her. The barista who got my tea ready her name is Wendy she was really nice and was chatting with me while I was getting my food and drink mark out. Even during the coronavirus everyone is super nice and want to give you the best service at this Starbucks!

Dependable coffee with friendly staff. However, I recommend ordering ahead as this is VERY popular with people coming in off the freeway and there can be long lines. The ordering ahead process works MUCH better.

Another Coffee of Borg, Coffee adjunct refuling point 10001. Great experience once again individual who plans parking and drive through, must work for Pin head and the cinnabites.

This Starbucks is awesome, considering how busy they get. If anyone has told you not to come here, they don't have common sense and probably try to order tacos at Mcdonalds regularly. I have a lot of respect for all the employees at this location after reading the other google reviews. They deal with a lot of nonsense and still manage to smile 24/7 and craft a delicious drink. They're just like every other Starbucks, but with above and beyond workers like Raquel, CrystaRain, Karis, Abby, Nick, Amy and many more. Customer Service 5/5 stars. Way to go guys!

Very busy Starbucks as it is a hotspot for those travelling through North Bend to the mountain pass. It is currently rearranged to practice social distancing, so no indoor seating - just grab and go. Restrooms were also closed. Baristas were kind and drink service was quick.

all that you would expect from Starbucks and much more. I spent about a week here North Bend and one time cuz I made my daily routine to come here, I had realized that I had forgotten my money and instead of walking back to my hotel or taking a cab I decided I would just get water. As soon as I asked for hot water in a cup I got a bit embarrassed realizing what I was doing but the lady was extremely nice about it and said to me, almost wispering, "don't worry about it". I think she could sense my embarrassment. It was a Christmas season and this Starbucks employee went out of her way, to help spread it.

North Bend Starbucks is a GREAT place to stop before heading up the pass, or coming down. Parking is limited on busy days, but the drive-thru moves quickly, and there is lots of parking across the street at Safeway. Both high and low tables available inside, if you're tired of sitting after a long drive.
