Totally legitimate, super discounted prices, and awesome customer service. Everything has a full year warranty and they back it up perfectly, no funny business.

I have no affiliation with the company and don’t know the owners/employees personally- I’m just grateful the store exists and want to spread the word.

I think fear of the unknown keeps people paying more than they can afford, or keeps them stuck owning a lower quality appliance than they could. So I want to reassure whomever is considering shopping at Thrive that they are more reliable and trustworthy than any big box chain store ever could be. It can feel too good to be true, but it’s not. When you buy from a big box store you are paying a premium to stay in your comfort zone- but buy one appliance from Thrive and they will be your new comfort zone, trust me.

In last 4 years I’ve bought 3 major appliances and a couple small appliances from them. I would never go anywhere else. Since finding Thrive, I cannot imagine throwing money away buying retail.

The “scratches and dents” are often so minor, they would have happened on the drive home. It took me a full month to find the imperfection on my front loading, he washer, and i only paid 50% of what home depot was charging for the exact same model at the time.

And on the few that are bigger -who cares? I’m very house proud, and a bit of a perfectionist. But let’s be real, does it matter if your washer has a scratch on the side- it’s likely facing a wall. I have a beautiful fridge from Thrive I could never have normally afforded … It has a dent on the door- I literally just put a magnet over the dent on the front and no one has ever spotted it😂. Also, some of the appliances are just overstock.
Everything I’ve bought from them has worked perfectly with the exception of one ( It happens. That’s true at any store - retail
or not) and they delivered a replacement the very next day with no questions asked and no cost to me, and they did it with a smile.
the financing can be a lifesaver, the credit requirements are quite low and the payments are very reasonable. The interest rate is pretty high tho- so I would suggest doing your very best to pay it off within the “same as cash” period.

Looking for a dishwasher.. was thrilled to find a new dryer too! The lady helping me was super sweet and helped me set up a delivery time and day to have my new appliances installed professionally and the old appliances hauled away.

We bought a showcase washer and dryer from here about a month ago and it still works perfectly. Sure it has a couple scratches on it, but I would prefer to save a couple hundred for a few scratches and dents than pay full price if it works fine. They have tons of other appliances too like fridges, stoves and ovens, microwaves, etc. Delivery and installation was easy too. The guy they have is really nice and hooked up everything well.

Thanks to Thrive for making our purchase painless and easy. We had to replace our washer and dryer, and we didn't want to spend thousands. Thrive gave us options of scratch & dent appliances that are in perfect working order along with warranties. We also got our delivery same day, they set them up, and took away the old broken down ones.

There was a large selection. The gentleman working there let us take our time and look through all the inventory. He explained the layout and was available if we had any questions. We decided to use their financing company and that went quickly and smoothly. They also helped arrange someone to deliver it for me since I didn’t have a way to get the washer and dryer myself. I was grateful to know about this place and was able to get high quality appliances for way less. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Went in looking for a new refrigerator for our dying one. Talked to the employee who asked a couple questions about what we were looking for, and was quick to point out a few in our style. Very knowledgeable about his products and was able to answer all our questions. We were extremely satisfied with the deal we got on a slightly dented LG refrigerator that was otherwise like new. Delivery was very easy to setup, delivery men were professional and very careful with the new refrigerator as well as removing our old one. For our next home appliance, Thrive will be the first place we check.

They have a large selection of scratch and dent appliances to chose from (most are hardly noticeable or easily hidden).
We were able to find a great fridge for a lower price after our fridge suddenly gave out on us.
The staff was all super kind and helpful while picking one out.
They offer delivery or pick up a different day (after payment), which was super helpful.

Thrive Appliance is amazing and the staff are very helpful. My wife and I picked up a scratch and dent washer dryer set for an incredible price. When we got home and got everything set up, the dryer was returning a rare error code with the humidity sensor. I called Thrive and Bridger was able to help out. He said that we could bring it back and exchange it for another dryer and that an hour after we left they started a 20% off all dryers sale. Bridger hooked us up with a brand new dryer that had a higher price tag, but took off the 20%. I will be telling all my friends and family that Thrive is the place to go for an appliance, even though it’s a bit of a drive from Logan. Thanks Thrive and thanks Bridger! Give that man a raise!

Excellent prices and great service. I bought a fridge and a washing machine and both were delivered within 24 hours.

The washer had a small issue but they sent someone out to repair and take care of it.

We love Thrive Appliance. Not only did we get there normal discount for minor scratch and dent items, but we happen to get there to purchase our fridge and the last day of another sale. So we walked away with a great fridge for a very low price. We also love our microwave we purchased several months ago as well.

Thank you Karl at Thrive Appliances, you answered all of our questions and concerns. I bought a great refrigerator at a fabulous price. I had to buy a refrigerator ASAP and found one and brought it home before my food in the old one could spoil.

This place is great. We needed a new kitchen range and we found one here at a great price. This store sells scratch and dent appliances and discounts accordingly. Dings on our new range are there, but are on a side next to the cabinet, so they don't show. The manufacturer's warranty was voided on our range, but there is another company that covers it for a year with product registration. We paid less than half of the manufacturer's list price and everything on our range works perfectly. We have a really nice brand name range now with smart technology and saved a lot. We will definitely be back.

There were lots of appliances to choose from. If you don’t mind a couple of dents or scratches on your appliance, then this is the place to go! We bought a refrigerator from them and love it! The employee didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything either, that was really nice. Overall a great experience! Definitely recommended from me! Especially if you need to save some money in this economy.

I purchased two SS refrigerators from Thrive. One is a secondary one at hour house and one for our cabin. Both work great and both were a super deal from the price perspective. They do have some dents, but I was not concerned about that. The one at the cabin it is hard to see where the dents are. Thrive is a great place to work with, they are there (other places no employees to be found), answer questions and easy to work with.

We had a great experiance. The sales staff was friendly and helpful and not pushy. We were able to select our appliance quickly and order a new handle all for the freezer and pay for it all at the same time.

We were in need of a new gas dryer. There was plenty of inventory to choose from. The pricing was about $200-$300 savings for the same model depending on where you looked. Home Depot came closes to their pricing at about $200 more if I bought it there. Why would I pay more? Even if inflation wasn’t a factor it made no sense to pay full retail dollars. Appliances are well organized in the warehouse. Some appliances are obviously damaged but most look brand new. So happy to have found this place. I ended up with an LG dryer which was a standard size but they had plenty of larger capacity dryers as well. While I was there, they were unloading a bunch of appliances so there seemed to be plenty of inventory. The staff member who helped me was great (forgot his name). I highly recommend them!

Bridger was so helpful in helping me find the fridge I needed and even got a spare part for us at no extra charge. Great inventory! Would definitely buy from them again!
