I went to NY Gold Exchange with a bunch of jewelry because I wanted to compare prices from different jewelry places since the price of gold is high. Louie, the person who waited on me, was very patient going through all the stuff and very nice. He gave me a price and I wrote it down. I ended up going to 7 different places and NY Gold ended up being extremely competitive. I went back there and ended up selling my jewelry there and left extremely satisfied. They'll work with you, and I guarantee you that they will beat the competition. Don't be like me and waste your time going all over the world. That's the place you want to go to believe me.

I brought in a few pieces of silver plate and a few pieces of jewelry. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. Louie assisted me and gave some history to my pieces and explained some of the processes he was using. I found him to be personable, open, and fair. He even recommended that I take two pieces and try to sell them in another manner in order to receive potentially more money. It was truly a very pleasant experience and will absolutely go back if the opportunity arises.

Had a small pile of gold & silver pieces with no purpose. Not being sure of where to go, after some google searches, I came across NY Gold Exchange in town. Went in about 2 weeks ago with my items. Louie was so nice & very down to earth. He explained things as he was going through everything. I didn’t know what to expect, but it was a quick transaction and I was very happy with what I received for my items as it was more than expected. I went in yesterday and I will say the service was beyond expected. The owner was super friendly and conversational and would answer any questions I had and would even make sure with me that nothing I had was sentimental that I wasn’t sure of getting rid of. I used to be very suspicious about reviews that people made online about local businesses after having had a couple of bad experiences, but I can’t tell you enough about how happy I am that I have found Louie. From the absolute get go, he established trust early, help me, understand the value of what I was bringing to him. After talking with a couple of other businesses realized that he was giving me the best offer I could have ever hoped for. I had a great experience at New York Gold exchange. I had some coins that I inherited for my brother along with sterling silver picture, and I thought that I was given a fair price for everything, and I am very pleased with the service.

I Had a Couple of Sterling Chains and a Bracelet I No longer wanted. Went to Another local "gold and Silver buyer" and was told they were All Plated and subsequently was low-balled an offer. Decided to try NYGE and Louie Confirmed it was All solid Sterling through testing and Made me an awesome offer. Louie was knowledgeable and professional and I'm So glad I stopped in there. Full transparency! I was a little ashamed to have to look up “gold buyer” in my area but the fact of the matter is, life is tough right now! And so to be able to hold onto a little bit a cash right now, is really useful. My transaction with Louie was very humanizing. He properly welcomed me in and took my items. This guy has THE most fair prices around, was super helpful, AND extremely knowledgeable. I've wrote a review maybe once in my life but this man helped me sell my gold and silver extremely close to market price. I'll be coming here anytime I want to do future business dealing with bars of gold bullion, old coins before 1964, or jewelry.
