4/4/23: Fantastic Spicy Asian salad with crispy Pork Belly! 1/12/23: Back for another visit. Brisket sandwich was great! Finally made it to the new location. I normally go with brisket but the Pitmaster Burger sounded too good to pass up. Pork belly and brisket as a burger. Oh yeah. It was fantastic! Nice and juicy and the IPA sauce topped it off. Grab some extra napkins. The smoked Mac 'n Cheese and slaw were also very good. Great atmosphere and service. Will definitely be back.

Came in for dinner and loved it. The staff is amazing and food is excellent. The brisket is to die for. They have a variety of different sauces that you can try at your table and they are all great. I would recommend this to anyone who loves barbecue.

Host and take out manager were friendly and most helpful for this first time guest. Their brisket nachos rule. The bacon wrapped cheese stuffed jalapenos were an excellent mix of pepper heat, creamy cheese, and fat. Hmmm... Think they'd deliver to Fairfax? 😜

I love coming here. The people are mazing the service so good! And the food is the best in town!!! I love coming in and getting a little work done while eating, or having a drink with friends. So much food to try all of it makes your mouth water and their sauces are delicious. They often have events in their parking lot too. Just fun to bring the kiddos.

We used ResQ BBQ for our wedding a few days ago and it was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing and all of our guests loved it! They even did our bartending services and didn’t amazing job. Everything was spot on. Their communication was perfect and pricing was affordable, And they created an stress-free process for the whole thing! I can’t recommend them more!

Five stars of encouragement, but suggesting minor improvements. Not having house-made baked beans is disappointing.. What I received resembled canned product. Same with coleslaw. Not hard to find great recipes! (Or: drop Sysco products and buy Saval. Yes, I used to have a restaurant!)
Leesburg needs low-noise, low-price dignified restaurants like this (Except they need to have one low-price wine brand as a loss leader. Seriously. Four women order 4 glasses of wine and the bill is $44?) Again seriously: the 5 stars are for the tasteful low-key decor plus the TV screen arrangement, with kudos that the sound was invisible.

been there twice now great BBQ both times had the brisket and chicken, the green beans are excellent. Updating the turkey and the ribs are excellent as well. The candy bacon is fantastic and their new dessert the chocolate bomb (I think) is awesome!

Really good tasting BBQ with lots of gluten-free options. The pastrami was not stringy and tasted amazing. Many different barbecue sauce options to try. Sadly, they were out of brisket the night I ate there.

You know what is awesome for Thanksgiving? A smoked turkey spread with pastrami and all the other great BBQ from here! We ordered ahead and picked up Wednesday! It was so tasty and was a crowd pleaser. The only thing I'd do differently is add an extra pound of pastrami. So good! Thanks for making our Thanksgiving amazing ( and saving us from another year of cooking!)

First visit. I got the bowl with pulled pork, smoked max n cheese, bbq beans. A side of green beans too. Taste and flavor were excellent! Smoked Mac was over the top. Pork had great flavor and went well with the bbq beans. Green beans had great flavor and seasoning. Highly recommended!

If you’re reading this, stop and just RUN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! This restaurant has restored my faith in delectable culinarily creations. Everything I tried had FLAVOR and I have seldom found a place with more Gluten Free options. I was with my mom who can eat anything but we decided on the limited edition chicken parm and a BBQ plate. Everything was absolutely delicious! From the owner to the entire crew, everyone was a sweet surprise of kindness. I highly recommend coming here or hosting an event here! It is a perfect place and they have live music that was a very tasteful addition to the atmosphere. Please make your way on over!

Overall the food was pretty good. Our party of 10 showed up late, sowe weren't expecting anything fancy. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the food. The steak salad was tasty and the ribs were on point. We algo enjoyed the large selection of drinks they offer, from cocktails and craft beer, to scotch.

This is my first time here. The food and the atmosphere, plus the sauce was delicious! The only thing I didn’t care for was the bread. Other than that, this place is a definitely comeback worthy.

The food is outstanding - best brisket I have ever had. Owners are great and have created such a “Cheers” like atmosphere. Everyone from wait staff to hostess to bartenders are welcoming.

Great sit down BBQ spot, not cafeteria style like most places. Everything is great but the bacon meatballs and Mac and cheese balls are the bomb

We ordered pulled pork entrees, corn bread muffin, cole slaw, sweet potato fries, and smoked mac n cheese.

The meat was really on point. This is what made it 5 stars for us. It's so tender, moist, and flavorful. It might be the best pulled pork we've had, it doesn't even need sauce to be good. The sauce is just the icing in this meat cake. I enjoyed the mac n cheese, just know that it's not the "classic" cheesy melty mac. It has a great smoked flavor, I think it's ricotta cheese, and cooked just right. The sweet potato fries were seasoned just right and slightly crispy. The cornbread muffin was awesome, good flavor with corn kernels throughout the dough. The only real negative I might give is their cole slaw. It plays it safe by not being very flavorful; it's creamy and smooth, but not very memorable.

Overall this is an excellent place to visit for some banger pulled pork. Definitely will be visiting again.

Dishes are amazing and the drinks are always on point! Friendly staff that makes you feel like part of the community.

The service and food were top notch. My photos do not do the food justice. We enjoyed it so much we had a hard time stopping to take them. We brought home the Honey Whiskey Cake Jar dessert and no pictures because we shoveled it down. YUMMY food all around.😋
