Great place to shop for variety of grocery items. It's a pricey store. Little higher than other stores are

I had to go there to get a special monthly bus pass for a friend that has an electric wheelchair.

Clean store . Not alot people at about 8 pm Great meats and Deli and Great customer service

Nice guy didn't get his name but he loaded all my food in car. He. has 4 dogs. He had mention he had 2 German Shepherds I told him I have 1 Shepard 4 months old. He was very polite and helpful. Store was clean and found everything I was looking for. Will be coming back.Great check out man too.

Small produce department, selection in general is smaller than larger stores, but still a cool and classic grocery mart.

I just moved to the Springfield, MO area and this is the closest store to my place and this was my first visit to this store. I was hoping the staff there would atleast show some effort at Customer Service and luckily my first impression was very positive which is especially important because I'm sure I'll frequently need to shop there. There was a sweet little gray haired lady with a warm and inviting smile bright enough to easily cheer anyone up just by her glow. She was working at the service desk and during our interaction she was absolutely friendly and very pleasently kind. Greeting me with a simple "Hello and good morning how you doing sir ? ", I needed change for a $20 so I could pay my bus fare and she didn't hassle me a bit about it , and surprisingly didn't even require that I made a purchase like most businesses will usually do if you're trying to get change for a larger bill. It's this kind of Customer Service and personable interactions that create and keeps loyal customers for life. The store was also very clean and quiet as well. Not crowded at all like the larger Grocery Store Chains also no long wait in line which is also a plus for me. Awesome job Price-Cutter. Keep up the great work and continue to employ people like this that are willing to go the extra mile for a customer and you'll definitely gain plenty of loyal customers . You've definitely earned my business and my loyalty. Thanks Price-Cutter !

Love our locally owned Price Cutter stores. The stores are clean, employees are friendly, food is fresh (rarely find expired items on the shelves) and sales are always good. I can always find what I need. Let's support locally owned

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm 12 wks pregnant and get WIC vouchers like all expecting mothers do, and the staff is very helpful with them. They don't mind having to do them, and if by chance you (meaning I 🤭) grab something that isn't approved they will take it back and bring up what u need. Store is pretty organised and clean more so than some of the ppl that u always see hanging out Infront or around there.

I love this store because they have my basic needs at great low everyday prices & is very family oriented. Why shop anyplace else. It's a no brainier. Your going to love this place 👍👌✌☮☯💙😎

Great staff polite and helpful I've had no problems and I've been going here for 7 years prices aren't great but the staff make up for it by being amazing love the deli and all of its employees always have something good to eat and I've had no problems

This store is so caring. When my service dog and i were down and out they let us come in the store and sit on there waiting bence when it was blazing hot last summer. They gave us water and never asked us to leave. I didn't even have to buy anything. Defitney family oriented to care that much. Thank you price cutter, from Cindy and ladybugg.

They have been doing some research on the floor in the office today so I can get it done by Friday and you can have a look at the car with the girls are going to get a chance to get to know you better than I expected and you can have the money to pay for it and play games with me and my wife are looking for a place where I can do it for you to meet up with you guys after work today to do it for you and you can have it in the car with the girls and I am going to get a chance please let me know when you're on your way to the bottom of this email from my phone so I can get my hands on your hips and knees are going to be a great time for me to get my car for you if you want to come here and we can both get off together

This place has been remodeled and updated and has huge assortment of fresh produce and lots of things to chose from.If you haven't been there in awhile you should check them out. It's nice to see all the work they did to make a better store!!

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Love this store and everyone that works there. Wish corporate appreciated them too, and did more for this store.

Price Cutter is like a big convenience store, the prices aren't competitive with bigger stores but they're nearby and better priced than places like Kum&Go or QuikTrip. The management has a unique opportunity to make Price Cutter become a real community store, but it would take a lot of doing. As it is, Price Cutter is convenient in neighborhoods without a Wal-Mart or some other lower priced store. All in all, I'm glad the store is in my neighborhood. The people are friendly and they try to please, and every once in a while, you can get bargains on a variety of different meats, produce and other necessities. When I don't want the agitation and the aggravation of going to Wal-Mart, Price Cutter is the destination.
