Adam & Eve Stores

I went in a few weeks ago and got help from a young lady named Beryl and she was lovely. She was informed on multiple topics and lead me towards understanding and using the correct types of lube for my body and a fantastic fast cleaner. She also helped my boyfriend understand toys that could benefit us both. Made us very comfortable and left with a toy I’m very happy with.

This was our first time in an Adam and Eve Store. My husband and I decided to spice up our marriage so we came here for our 3 year anniversary. We were greeted with such kindness and warmth from the moment we walked in . I am typically a very shy and uncomfortable person but the employees made it so easy to ask questions and give suggestions . Jameelahr ( I am so so sorry if that's not how you spell your name ) was absolutely fantastic ! Such a wonderful personality and so much help ! AJ was great as well ! We live up north more and there are other shops near us , but we will def make the drive back to this location ! thanks son much y'all :-)

The customer service at this store was exemplary. The staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. May helped me primarily, but they were all kind receptive and courteous. I was impressed with their selections on all fronts: toys, lubes/cleaners return policies (unheard of in any other adult store i have been to), and fem-wear. I would definitely recommend anyone who is a conosuer such as myself, or someone who who might be shy about going to an adult store for the first time to try them out. Exceptionally run business! Bravo!

Went in just to browse and pick up a few things and ended up leaving with a fair amount more than we had planned, but we’re SO happy with our purchases, and beyondddd happy with our experience with the staff. Alyssa was so helpful and informative, and I’m not sure of the name of the darker haired girl, but she had great eyebrows and slicked back ponytail. Anyways, the amount of help and knowledge she gave us was incredible, from helping us find lubes for hyper sensitive skin, suggesting the best toy based on previous experience with other toys, to recommending certain products by a company they carry, of which a certain model wasn’t sold in store. We don’t even live in Denver but we’d go back JUST for that experience again. 10/10.

Jalicia was absolutely amazing when I came in last Saturday! I came in, no idea what I wanted and she still knew exactly what I needed. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and overall amazing! I learned so much from her. If I could request her every time I came in I would!

Me and my partner came into this store full with questions and left with new recommendations as well as new fun toys. The employees Jameelahr and AJ were so kind, funny and showed us great service. AJ recommended some new coffee flavor chocolate that she loved and opinion on different toys. Jameelahr had such friendly conversations with us and made the experience so much fun. They are the best 10/10 will come again!

Great customer service experience! My wife and I stopped by to peruse the shelves, and May was super helpful! May answered all our questions and double checked that the battery powered items we bought were working before we left. Two thumbs up!

I needed a gag gift for my daughter - was hesitant about going into this store. A young woman named Jalicia met me at the door. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease about my purchase. Thanks to Jalicia I actually had fun finding the perfect gift for my daughter. I wish all retail help was as friendly and helpful as Jalicia - I joked with her that I would start calling this “the pet store” as a code word for my friends!

The staff here is absolutely amazing! I always feel a little awkward shopping in "toy" stores but not here. The manager is wonderful and knows her stuff. The other lady who helped me was also wonderful and neither of them made me feel out of place or uncomfortable. There is a rewards program and each time I've saved some money because it's easy to get points, there are multiple texts or emails for discounts for IN-STORE purchases, and you can return ANY item in the allotted time frame for 90% store credit. Not a cash refund but I've never heard of another store taking any returns. Prices are pretty unbeatable as well. Would recommend this store before any other I've been in. Good job ladies!

Amazing workers!! My car wouldn't turn on but thankfully two of the workers there were kind enough to help jumpstart my car. Thank you again, Kyle and Melina y'all were truly such a great help!

Went in, not knowing what I wanted and jalicia was so helpful showing me all the toys and letting me pick her brain about the toys. I’m so happy with my purchase!!! I would definitely recommend coming here

The staff here is so chill & fun to talk to. They sell a wide variety of quality items & the incense smells amazing! They’re always willing to let customers look at things more in depth & they’ll open packages on request to let you see if it’s up your alley. Store is also nicely set up & clean.
They also have a really nice rewards program set up & it never feels like the points accrued do nothing.

Made my first visit this past sunday, the clerk Alyssa was amazing she made my experience amazing. Return today, two days later to buy more. Spoke to the manager and felt this was appropriate also. When you meet good customer service reps you have to let them know! I've gone from being a online Adam and Eve customer to a brick-and-mortar store Adam and Eve customer and that is all due to Alyssa

The staff went above and beyond today! I had questions about finding a type of lube that doesn't irritate the skin, and they were able to help me find several great options. Most impressive of all, they were able to help me with this via curbside, even offering me hand sanitizer and being extra great about telling me the sanitary steps being taken throughout the transaction. If they're not too busy in-store they can offer this option if you call when you get to the store, have your ID ready, and are willing to be patient as curbside is a lot of work!

They have an awesome satisfaction guarantee that allows you to try a product for seven days and if you don't like it and bring it back within that timeframe, they will give you a store credit for 90% of the cost of the product you brought back. Super helpful for me since I'm trying a few different brands of lube to see which work best after having a bad experience with a different brand recently.

They don't reuse the product obviously so they do take 10% as a restock fee, which is really fair I think, considering most places will not take any kind of return.

Great job today, looking forward to continued visits to help keep this storefront alive!!!
