Popa Pizza

Loved it. Will return. Definitely. I had a Gyro (Lamb) with American Cheese and fried onions. I was told it would be ready in 10 min and it was..I had a 5 min ride home and I got right into my food. It was fresh and hot. I was surprised by a paper plate with condiments, bag of chips and a pickle on the side. My order was about &11.50. On the menu, the Gyro was $8.99 I believe, but I asked for cheese which is normally extra and then, there’s tax. This will be my, GO TO for Gyros. Very pleased and would recommend. My only complaint is, the cheese melted onto the foil and I had to scrape it off. Either way, I finished it all and was very satisfied/full.

Me and my girlfriend had the chance to finally try Popa Pizza for the first time, while coming from Philadelphia. We must say this place makes the best cheesesteak Stromboli ever! Philly has nothing on this food. Thank you Popa Pizza look forward on ordering again, when we come back to stay.

I am from NY. It is really hard to find great, let alone, good pizza, outside of NY. I stopped by this place as a last-minute grab before going back to the Hard Rock. This was the closest thing to NY pizza I have ever found outside of NY. The window guy was polite, the service was quick, and the price was fair. I am a loyal customer going forward. Thanks!!

Great pizza place for takeout! Delicious pizza! Fast and friendly service. Our favorite pizza place in Atlantic City.

Food was awesome but the service was above and beyond I called to change my uber eats order. They were very courteous and even called back to double check that everything I ordered was correct. Cheese steak hoagie was super delicious and all the ingredients was fresh. Pizza was great and filled with pepperoni. 5 star treatment

We ate here twice while in AC and each time the food was super delicious. We tried the cheese steak, stuffed pasta shells, jalapeno poppers, pizza and cheese fries. The fries there are a bit soggy and not to my taste but everything else was really great. It's always busy there and there's outdoor seating if you want. We really appreciated that it was open late as we were coming post-festival and were able to get good food at midnight.
The only downside is the wait - both times we waited in excess of 40 minutes for our food. The first time we ordered at the counter and the second we pre-ordered. I know they're busy but realistic wait times when you order would help a lot.

5 Stars for an excellent grilled chicken salad.You will not find a more worthy grilled chicken salad in the area. I’ve been there- done that. Literally.

The girl over the phone had really nice manners and was patient with us being out of town and NOt really knowing the menu. She had good suggestions. We really enjoyed the fried shrimp and chicken parmigiana♥ Def five stars!!

Loved the food! Loved the people! Especially loved the fact that I could pay with cash upon delivery!!! This is something I’ve missed since the pandemic had everything going digital because there’s always a “fee” or “tax” when doing this so being able to do a straight up delivery & payment in real time was a refreshing change of pace!! Actually, for this alone, I’ll be ordering from here again, I consider the great people I’ve dealt with a bonus & the reason why I’ll be using them much more in the future which makes it a “win win” all around to my way of thinking!! TTFN ✌🏼

One word …EXCELLENT!!!! The customer service when taking my order was excellent! The delivery time and driver were EXCELLENT, lastly the food was EXCELLENT. My family and I had, cheese pizza, gyro and garlic Parmesan wings/fries. I definitely recommend and will definitely patronize again! Thanks !

We came in for the weekend to see Def Leopard and Motley Crew who were AWESOME and we found this place called Popa Pizza. This place is a hidden gem in Atlantic City. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Better than the normal pizza shop

the pizza was AMAZING, the cheese steak was bomb. We also go the wings and mozzarella sticks that were very good as well. I did not eat one bad thing from this place. The woman at the counter was very nice. Food preparation was timely. I would definitely recommend!!!

POPA PIZZA HAS BEEN AROUND FOR YEARS!!!! . Their service is fast , their food is great , their prices are affordable and not only that THE COOK MIKE AND CHLOE ARE AMAZING . My food is always hot and good . I love this place . I highly recommend . 👍🏽

I truly enjoyed and appreciated the food at AC Popa Pizza. You can watch your food being cooked. And you know that the food is fresh and well prepared. I've eaten here for decades. When I had a business up the street from AC Popa Pizza I was in the restaurant at least three times a week. If I could I'd just move in to the restaurant! AC Popa Pizza rocks!

Awesome 👍 Cheese steak!! This was the first and only time I have visited AC Popa Pizza. It seems like a very popular pizzeria & I have always heard good things about them. I was impressed with the Cheese Steak overall. The price was extremely fair, actually much better than the competition. For the low price, I thought the quality (taste & size) would be the decisive factor, but I was impressed all the way around!! Manja!!

Take out, or eat in. In addition to pizza, they have good cheese steak sandwiches and chicken parmesan. Nothing fancy, just a moderately priced diner where the locals buy their take out meals. Recommend you call in your orders ahead of time, since food preparation can take awhile, especially during busy times. Friendly staff. Surcharge for credit cards.
