Pure Energy Windows did an amazing job with our install! They worked around our financial restraints to get us the windows we needed and we couldn’t be more happy. Justin C, Shawn and Brandon worked in the pouring rain to get everything taken care of and cleaned up without any issues. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an upgrade on their windows!

I just had all new windows installed by Pure Energy Windows and really enjoyed the experience.

Everyone who came to my house was extremely professional. The crews that came out to install were on time, courteous, and finished the job quickly. I especially appreciated that they took the time to cover all of our floors/nearby furniture and thoroughly picked up after the job was done.

The windows themselves are awesome and I can already notice a difference in sound from outside and how often my A/C runs every day. I can't wait to see the long term benefits of upgrading my windows.

Replaced every window/door wall in the house as the wood windows originally installed were 25 years old and showing it. Love the new energy efficient windows! Install crew was great! Makes a difference.

I went from a single door with sidelights to a double door! I loved being able to view options, online, prior to making a decision! The doors, which weren’t due to be installed until January, were built & installed by November 1st!
The installers were polite, patient with my questions & very neat. I’ve received numerous calls from my neighbors telling me how great they look. I have, and will continue to gladly referred Pro Energy to anyone who asks!

Called and made an appointment and Ethan showed up at my door. His sales pitch was honest and on point. Told about how the window was made , the quality of the product, the workmanship and of course the value. The deciding factor along with the quality product was they offered a program called Michigan Saves and there was a rebate offered through the government. They set me up with financing which was just a few calls from Lake Michigan Credit Union and I had windows on order, 20-24 weeks this was when the supply chain was slower and product availability was was slower then normal delivery. They kept me informed during this process and I didn’t mind waiting because I had a quality product being installed and it would benefit me for many years to come. January of 2022 they came to install. Installers were respectful of my condo and wore coverings on their shoes and cleaned up after themselves. That’s a huge Customer Service plus in my book . A call them today to get your windows on order.

4 picture, three panes each, argon, zinkoxide coated glass windows replacement went very well. Clean and efficient professional operations through the whole process.

I cannot recommend Pure Energy enough! Their windows are high quality and they were much more cost effective than the other companies we received quotes from. They also were extremely responsive and professional from the moment we requested a quote to after the install.

Good, efficient and professional installation team. They left the place clean and even reinstalled all the blinds (as promised by the salesperson). Only problem was they installed the vertical blinds on my doorwall backwards. Communication was good both before and after install day, though sometimes it was hard to know which of the many numbers to call.

Pure Energy replaced all our windows in a staged approach. Worked with us on our timeline and financing etc to fit our needs. Windows were installed in one day each time with very polite staff. Besides the manufacturing delay, which was outside their control, everything was seamless. Highly recommended service. I’m home quote gave accurate pricing and financing options. If your home is 20+ years old like mine I’m sure it’s time. Have already noticed a utility cost reduction in one year.
