T-Mobile Experience Store

Alex was great and he takes cares about of all our needs and concerns about switching phone lines, he even gets us a discount, we are really happy with our new phones and the service he provided to us.

These people are always helpful and nice, even though I’m not always in the best of moods or sometimes in a rush. I get it, and wanted to publicly recognize their customer service as A+. Rarely in this field do you get recognition, a thank you, or I’m sorry, it’s usually complaints. This is why I go back there all the time because of the great deals and their friendliness. Keep it up folks! And thanks for helping us get my nephew a new phone for basically free and another line completely free for life!

I don’t come into a brick and mortar location unless I really have to; my of my interaction is online. But this visit was different, my beautiful mommy unfortunately dropped her phone and cracked it pretty severally. I took her to this location to get it all resolved.

At first entrance, we were promptly greeted with a warm and bright welcome. Joshua, Mobile Expert, jumped right into action.

He helped us understand what courses of action we could take. After an hour, Joshua patiently and successfully took my mother through each process of transferring apps , messages, and photos to her new phone.

Needless to reiterate, the service was impeccable at this T-Mobile location. Thank you Joshua and staff for the wonderful mobile experience for my mother and I.

PRO TIP: yes, Samsung gears watches are compatible with iPhones 📱. Joshua implored me to research it and I did. I like the gear because it has a bigger face to it.

Received the best customer service of any phone business ever. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a high caliber employee such as Lynette. She is professional, kind, patient and caring. She listens. I saw how she intereacted with a customer before me and thought the world needs more people like her. I dreaded going In and taking care of phone business but immediately put my mind at ease as she helped me and my husband. I must also add that Lynette was very knowledgeable of T Mobile's products, deals, and promotions. Thankful we stopped at this store.

Great customer service! Sammie helped us out and got us a much better deal than the third party store could do for us. We had a problem when we got home and we went back and she fixed it for us without complaint. Make sure you to the corporate stores instead of third party ones!

Been with T-mobile for years over 10 years.Love the service here. And the this location has the best Customer service .They are so kind and helpful and respectful.

This T-Mobile store deserves more than 5 stars. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff here is fantastic, especially the good looking dude named Angel. You are promptly greeted as soon as you enter the store. If they are busy, they put you into a queue to make sure that you are helped in the right order. I was lucky enough to get helped by Angel. Don't let the good looks fool you, this dude is 100% down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and really taking time to help you with whatever questions, problems you have with your phone or services. I came in to add a line and walked out with 4 phones and 4 watches, lol. No, Angel did not pressure me into buying them. I just bought them because not very often I run into service reps that are as good as him. Shout-out to Jon and Joe as well, as they also helped me with activating the eSim in the iPhone 14 Plus. Store manger, if you read this, please give these gentlemen a raise or at least the recognition that they deserve!

Hands down the best store. I have went to 3 different t mobile stores and talked to 3 different representatives from the business car department trying to switch my personal to business and it seemed like it was never going to happen. David has been the first one who took the time to make sure the business care department gets me set up while multi tasking with other customers. I will only be coming to this store moving forward.

Edwin went above and beyond to help my parents today. He explained everything in detail, and continued to follow up to make sure they understood the changes he was making on their accounts. Helped my dad get a new phone, plus do any transfers of information. Highly recommended on their behalf.

We came into T-Mobile today in hopes of just getting a $40 prepaid plan and Annette was a great with assisting us with just that. She was very nice as well as helpful and knowledgeable ! Give her a raise !❤

Every time I go to this location I get the help that I need. But this visit we got someone that was truly amazing. Earlier this week when i went there was a little miscommunication so I had to stop by again yesterday and figure out what we can do and we had Anette she was SUPER helpful, patient with us to not only transfer 1 phone but 3 phones. And didn’t mind my two little ones crying and whining lol until they got picked up. It got a little busy and She would always make sure to came back to check on us while waiting for the phones to be transferred and would answer all of our questions. Thank you Anette and T-Mobile team! Definitely recommend this location and make sure you ask for her she won’t let you down. Happy holidays :)

First time into a t-mobile store and I was pleasantly surprised. The level of service we received went way beyond my expectation. The associates were friendly, responsive and went above and beyond for our business. If this representative of of the company as whole, I must say I am truly impressed. The staff here have set the bar high, I will definately return for other products. Thank you for providing exceptional service.

The service was great. The customer service excellent, very professional and efficient. They solved my problem fast and they efficient. Matt excelente employee. I would go back there anytime I need it. I would recommend this store for all your cell phone needs.

Just dumped Verizon and their horrible customer service.
T Mobile has way better monthly prices, great phone trade-in deals and really good customer service. Plus I bought a new iPad for half of retail. I’m sold!

Excellent, professional team members. They know their products . They are not lazy to find out answers regarding your phone and your policies. Anette helped us. She is great.

I experienced excellent customer service at this store on two separate occasions. Kimberly was the first to help me and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our transition from at&t. She was patient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Alan helped me the second time to get all our phones set up and he did a great job. Our business phone was this terribly out of date flip phone and he got all our business contacts off it and onto our new smartphone with no hassle as well as helping me set up our other phones. He was very friendly, helpful, and patient with my many questions. I highly recommend requesting either of these two if you come to this store. Thank guys!

I had the best experience with David at my local store on McDowell. I normally hate going into public stores and having to speak to someone to get help with something. Normally I get really bad anxiety, however with David he was so kind and helpful and patient with me. David did an amazing job breaking things down for me and trying his best to give me a great deal and being honest with me on items and prices. I had Sprint before and they sucked in many ways with the service to the service reps I got the run around so many times but with David it was great experience. I'll definitely be coming back to speak to David for any of my questions. ....... If you read this thank you David!!

10/10 would recommend going here. Matt helped us out tonight and it was a great experience! There was no pressure,no rush, lots of laughs and he got us a smoooking deal!! The other employees were friendly as well. If you're looking to switch to TMobile this is the store to do it at.
