A couple of nice younger guys were running the store. They were helpful and ran a free scan to check my warning lights.

Came in tonight at 6:30 to have my battery checked. Needed a new battery, seemed pretty straight forward. Nope. Lots of problems with the ground cable but Logan and Jacob kept on working to get this cable loose (replacement not in stock).
I am really impressed with the service I received tonight - it's almost 7 and they haven't kicked.me out yet!

Just wanted to give a compliment to one of your employees Adrian at the Flower Mound location..I could not locate the type of windshield wipers needed in my owners manual and he looked it up and also installed them as well. I really appreciated him offering instead of me googling how to. Thank you Adrian for your customer service. You are appreciated.

This is an excellent AutoZone with great service! I talked to worker Nicholas A about my car issue then didn't come in until 3 hours later. He remembered the make, model, and year of my car, grabbed the item, and installed it ASAP. He even hurt his finger on my stupid windshield wiper and didn't complain at all. He was so super nice and very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend this place

A HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Devin for being a great, courteous young man! I had trouble putting in and switching to LED headlights in my Subaru Outback. He came out, without hesitation, put them in in about a minute!!! Thank you so much for being the young man you are! Great customer service! Purchased a new battery for a late model car that has been parked for more than a year. Angela replaced the battery that might have been a bit challenging, as the battery terminals were rusted and corroded. Adrian also offered to replace the rusted connector. I had no idea that that it would turn out to be such a simple easy solution. I was very pleased and happy with the service I received.

Went in for a battery for my key fob.
They popped it open, installed it and had me out there in nothing flat. This location is the best. The people are all so helpful. We appreciate you and your great service!!

I been coming to this location for about 2 weeks now. This time I came for a hose clamp (not knowing that’s what I needed before hand) I knew I needed a piece of some sort. I’m no mechanic and only know the basic car stuff, Doug with his knowledge helped and put the clamp on in 5min. Every time I come to this location the entire staff are friendly, courteous and willing to lend a hand. This location has def earned by business. Thanks a lot Doug!!

Wonderful customer service at this location! Tommy was absolutely amazing after we had issues at another location. He listened to the issue & resolved it. I never felt like an inconvenience to him. He even stayed after his shift to make sure we were helped! The other staff at this location seemed extremely friendly as well! Will only be returning to this location in the future!!

i had to replace my fog lights and was honestly so stressed about it but Doug, a worker here offered to do it without me even asking. i was honestly having such a terrible day and his gesture of kindness truly did go a long ways. hope to see more people like Doug around. :)

Just went in for a Jet Ski battery. Connor went out and looked in my Jet Ski to get the part#. Sold me a battery and installed it. He saved my lower back from a lot of pain. Give that kid a raise!

I bought a steering wheel cover and the worker gave me the tip to let it heat up in the sun beforehand. Not something I ever would’ve thought of but was the best tip and made it so much easier. I wish I looked at his name - he needs a raise :)
