Prontos' Gourmet Market

We tried the pronto club which was delicious but everything else in the store is what caught my eyes. they have all kinds of delicious things in there. Like homemade pastas and sauces and so much more.

Great little shop with lots to choose from. They have premade half sandwiches and salads. Decided to created my own sandwich with ham, cheese, mayo, mustard and of course pickles. The pickles here are so crispy and tasty. You get a bag of chips with your sandwich and I bought a side albacore salad. Was super delicious 🤤 total bill was $18.90

First time trying this place and definitely will return and put it on my list for favorite Carlsbad restaurants. Nice little Italian deli. I ordered the Italian sub and a bowl of meatballs with marinara and cheese. The first thing I noticed about the sandwich was the fresh soft bread, wow, it was good. The meat tasted fresh and they sliced it on the spot. The vinaigrette was very good but not too overwhelming.
The meatballs are homemade, tasted fresh. The next time I'm definitely ordering the meatball sandwich. Also, tried a homemade ginger cookie, oh my! It was great. Put this place on your list when you're in Carlsbad, it's worth the stop.

Our first time here and we don't know why we never saw it before! The sandwiches are amazing and the desserts were breathtaking. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The fries were like no other fry in the world. I cannot wait to go back and try every darn thing. Fresh pastas and sauces. Meals to go. BAKED ZITI!

If by chance you have not visited this hidden gem, you must. So much more than a sandwich shop but this is why I go. The quality of food and prices are excellent. Don't think I ever ordered from the menu because the specials are always unique and delicious. Highly recommend.

Love love love, the sandwiches are huge. Usually I eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Two meals in one! The soda fountain is Pepsi, but their fridge has a pretty great selection of soft beverages and sparkling water. Definitely the best lunch spot in the village, Monday thru Friday.

Friendly staff. Everything is locally sourced. HUGE portions, kinda caught me off guard. I c Louie have split the sandwich with the wife. Not complaining, got the Avocado Chicken BLT sandwich…was definitely satisfied. Would come back for sure!

Prontos is a hidden gem. There’s so much to look at - food is fresh, service is amazing and portion sizes are generous!

Food is always fresh and deliciously prepared. Generous portions. Great deli, bakery and fresh pasta, sauce, soups and dinners to take home. Coffee is really good also. Family owned with great customer service!

I love Prontos Gourmet Market in Carlsbad CA. They have an amazing menu of delicious food and drinks & wine for all occasions. They are open 5 days per week Monday - Friday.

This place was great everybody was very nice made some very very good deli sandwiches they have a lot of homemade stuff in here that you can come and grab and go home and cook it up and it's great definitely recommend stopping in

This place is so good! We found it one day when I pulled over to make a phone call and gave it a try! One of the way quick services eats in Carlsbad! The creme brûlée cheese Cake was so good that my sister and dad who hate cheese cake ate the whole thing and left none for me. The billionaire bar was so luscious and fluffy! Highly reckoned you give it a try, just avoid at their peak times as the line is out the door and can take 15 mins to even place an order.

Driving up the 5 n googled best sandwhich near me and prontos became one of my favorite stops for sandwiches..They have everything here,a real Italian deli.That was the best tuna sandwhich I've ever had.It was everything I imagined and wanted in a tuna sandwhich.This place is for real.Thank You Prontos.Cant wait to come back

My husband came for a sub and I was just browsing around. I got the Albacore Tuna Salad, I got a slice of cake, which was delicious, the Tuna salad was great too. My husband’s sub was good too not the type of sub I would pick, but it was good. I would definitely come back qne it is so close to my son’s therapy office.

Great sandwich w a cute patio. California Turkey was awesome! The people that work there are really nice too. Food was super fresh, they even gave us bag of chips w it. Prices r fair, so I’ll def be back when I make it to Carlsbad.

The wonderful Senior Citizen Community Center Lil Jackson I live at, treated all of the Seniors living here a Complete Thanksgiving Dinner from Pronto’s.
The dinner was absolutely delicious, and such a good large serving. I enjoyed it so much. It was a very special dinner. Excellent cooking!

One of my favorite sandwich joints. Sandwiches come with mac salad or lays potato chips. Great variety. They also offer meals to take home and then cook.
