Shake Shack Austin, South Lamar

Shake Shack is the classic burger restaurant. Overall, this store is great. You will feel comfortable dining inside. People who served me is kind and friendly. I ordered Shake burger, fries and fried chicken this visit. $15 is a bit pricey for a burger place. However, you will enjoy your meal here.

The fries were freshly made and the burger was awesome. The Shack lemonade did not get my 100, but it was good maybe I can give it a 85-90 score.
Store is very clean and people are friendly.
Finding a parking spot is a challenge.

I just had the bacon avacado burger, but it was a great burger. You can clearly see it is real beef by looking at the patty, it has more a patty melt look than a 'burger puck.' Burger was delicous.

If you’re desiring a classic burger, look no further. But that’s not what made this place leaving me wanting to go back. It’s the staff. They’re so friendly, kind and genuinely care about the experience of the customer. Amazing manager and d staff. Thanks for the warm welcome!!

The brioche bun and the juicy Patty make these hamburguer chain one of the best fast food spots in the country. They do not have a lot of tables inside the place, but it is not crowded. Friendly staff and good service. Prices are higher than other chains.

Smoke shack was juicy and fresh, fries was crispy. Staffs was friendly and Greg, manager, was awesome. What’s else could anyone ask for?

The employees at this location are incredibly kind and make sure you have a great experience. The restaurant is very clean and well-kept. I didn’t have to wait too long for my food and it came out perfectly as ordered.

One of the best places in Austin to enjoy the taste of burgers with shakes! Awesome and super nice staff. Plenty of space to savor your food over conversations with family or friends!

Simple yet delicious burgers. One of the better chain burger restaurants around. Burger came out hot and fresh. The meat was seasoned to perfection. This was my first time here. I will be back to eat at this burger spot again.

Really had never been here, but It was very nice and cool vibe. Nakita helped us as my family stumbled over the menu lol but she was so patient and sweet with my kids. Definitely will be back!

Nice ambiance, absolutely delicious food! Get the fries with cheese and bacon. You won't regret it! Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the food there.

Over three years later and my fam and I still feel the same way about this Shake Shack! The girl who helped us was so kind and thoughtful. And super patient because it took me forever to decide which delicious mix I wanted! Again, I don't think you could go wrong.

Shake shack is always a solid choice but this one was exceptional. The customer service was very friendly, informative, and professional. Food was prepared and delivered quickly to shake shack standards. Facility was very clean, And the “dog parking” area outside was a nice touch.

I stopped here one night cause I was craving a burger and shake. I remembered the last shake I had from them which was amazing so I stopped by this location on my way home. Again the shake I got was the best I've had anywhere. All 3 types I've ordered from here were amazing. The food is also good as well. I don't really care for having to park in a parking garage, that's my only negative. But if you want to watch a movie afterwards or before, the parking garage is actually a positive.

Great dining experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone was nice, friendly, polite and helpful. Food was hot and fresh! Fries had the perfect crisp! Burger could use a tad more seasoning but was still good. Clean restaurant and restrooms. It’s like that Chick fil et experience but on a Sunday ♥

Only reason food is getting 4 out of 5 is because to me the portions are getting smaller. However, that's a reflection of the entire food industry because of how terrible a president Joe Biden is. Besides that though, shake shack is one of my favorite places. It's always a guarantee to get freshly made food that tastes amazing and a great shake.

The veggie shack is sooooo good, I think it's the best veggie burger I've ever had. Staff was very friendly and the food arrived quickly.

Had the pleasure of visiting the Shake Shack right after a Toastmasters Club meeting. Our group of 8 got our orders quickly. The cheese fries were a hit! The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich was full of delightful flavor without the slight heat ruining it. If you are a spicy-wimp like me you'll love this one. I personally loved the fifty/fifty, Lemonade and Organic Tea blend, perfect for these extreme humid summers. Everything else on the menu looked great! The seating was comfortably spaced with both contemporary chairs and tables as well as raised barstool tables and chairs. It is well lit but the natural lighting and open design of the floor really enhance the space. Looking forwards to making this a once a month favorite!

Ok first time coming here and honestly i wasnt sure what to expect i have had cheap fast food burgers before and higher end and these burgers compete with the best. I am so impressed at the price point, will absolutely be coming back. The chicken sandwich is on pair with any chicken exclusive restaurant and the fries are crispy but not crunchy. They also gave me a HUGE cup of free cusyard because i said it was my first time and wanted to try it. 10/10
