Conveniently situated near the highway and near the beach. Couple minutes away from Monterey Bay Aquarium. Lots of parking spaces. Clean bathrooms. Food is the usual McDonald's. Four self order kiosk.

Cleanest McY Ds I've ever seen! Surprisingly roomy interior despite smaller footprint. Staff are friendly. Food & drink all good.

The lady who assisted me was super nice and noticed I rode my bike there and offered me a bag with a handle. Thank you!

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie was fresh. I love the way the drive through is set up it helps with the flow of traffic.

Nice place to stop by for Mc Cafe coffee or a quick lunch. The manager Hershey was nice and she made our order of 8 iced coffee quickly.
Restrooms are clean and there are two hand dryers in the men’s room so it’s easier to fully dry your hands.

Food was great and hot. Service was ok but was busy

Absolutely love this location! They have a great play place that my 3 year old just loved. They keep it really clean and close it at specific times for sanitization. In addition to the climbing structure, there is also two computer tables where you can play games on the touch screen. That was even fun for the adults!

Food was what you’d expect from any McDonald’s. The staff was very friendly. Whole restaurant was very clean.

Highly recommend this location for a lunch time energy burn or rainy day energy burn. Lots of fun.

I love the McDonald's seaside restaurant number 7436 it helps you with your parenting skills and a rainy day when the kids are driving you nuts bring them to a safe clean environment games 😁

Much better service and less crowded on the weekends than the Monterey location off of Del Monte.

By far my favorite McDonald's in the entire Monterey Bay area. All the employees are super friendly and the service is incredibly fast!

I just wanna say, whoever it was working the window last night around 11pm (I assume was a manager). Thank you for doing what you do! She was running around taking orders, completing orders, I didn’t mean to yell at you, I had a car full of people and kids and they all kept talking over me. I hope you get what you’re worth, thank you for working. ♡

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service one of the employees provided to me, my order was a little messed up when I was parked at the 3rd window. When the employee brought it to me he told me to look in the bag to make sure everything was in there. After I noticed my order was a little messed up the employee provided me the best customer service and fixed the order. I am very happy with the employee Saf who provided the best service and even offered us free ice cream for the order mess up.

I have never been to a classy McDonalds in my life. This was a new experience for me! It was like walking into the Hilton’s of the McDonald Franchise. SUPER CLEAN! Great service!!!

I am now going to not complain and instead say that the afternoon manager of the McDonald's in Sand City;she went above and beyond when it came to a gift card.... shhhh,😉this same store gifted me for a four day (lunch) RUINED,(lunch), RUINED (lunch), RUINED (dinner) RUINED All while my family from out of town was here visiting. The card somehow of course with my luck got bent, and because the credit card got bent they couldn't put the credit card number in the at least that is what was said I was of course disappointed and upset because that was how was going to be getting my meal but the afternoon manager somehow got on HER phone and WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND HER DUTY TO MAKE IT TO WHERE I WAS ABLE TO EAT MY MEAL WITH MY HUSBAND MIND YOU WE HAVEN'T HAD MCDONALD'S FOR A COUPLE YEARS SO IT WAS KIND OF A SPECIAL THING. AS WEIRD AND CORNY THAT MAY SOUND...made it to where I was able to use the GIFT card and I just wanted to let my fellow reviewers and customers know that the sand city McDonald's is a beautiful place and

Kimmy has awesome customer service. Very friendly staff members as well. Fast drive through service while staying friendly and professional.

Great customer service follow-up: had to refer to Management in two different instances (once for inaccurate ingredients information, second time after drive through employee forgot drinks in my order). Both times I received free items, apologies... Very positive feedback.
