McDonald's

Disappointed. No walk in so we are to order with the app. No problem, I've done it hundreds of times.
Problem it is 10:30 on Sunday breakfast is served till 11. But the app wont allow you to order, item unavailable.
I talk to a polite girl at door. She asks Pamela the model and I'm told, " there's nothing we can do to serve you."
Obviously, they could manually ring it up as cars are rapidly being processed through the drive thru.
I've encountered this manager before, unfortunately she has bad customer skills. I'm guessing she's good at paperwork or they would have shoot canned her tush on the first day.

Faster service than Canyon Del Rey. Curb side around 8 mins. CDR about 25 mins

I RARELY eat Mickey D’s but I was at the area and starving to death so I drove through, anyway oh my word Crispy chicken and a very fresh hot fries hit the spot! I think this place is actually good!

Awesome female manager she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I didn't get her name, but she's the hardest working women in there. She was a complete multi Tasker! Thank you! "Gracias por ser tan trabajadora y attenta."

The staff are very nice and helpful! Inside is completely remodeled; looks very nice. Thank you!

Order was right, food was quick, the guy at the window was very nice about us having to do another order bc some people in the car decided they were hungry after we already ordered. He was totally cool about it and got it in quick. Thank you for the service and patience!

The service was fast, and the food was great.... Everything was nice and hot.

I enjoyed the McDonald's there it's kept clean. Even though I don't know how to use the machine the people there helped me, and are very helpful.

Wonderful experience! The food came quickly and was fresh. A young Asian gentlemen picked up our trays as well as the other guests trays asking first if we were finished , warm greeting upon arrival as well as departing from restaurant. Clean restaurant and happy workers equal happy guests 😉😃😄 Great Job McDonalds Sand City 🖒 I will get names to put in my review next time. All of the employees were wonderful!

Didn't rate the atmosphere...I go to the drive thru. Love their coffee and guava creme pie and staff is always courteous

I'm not a big fan of fast food but at times it's just needed and let me tell you you did and let me tell you guys this young man named Jose Wow. I was beyond impressed to be on impressed and in this belief that such a young man could take charge young man could take charge and help me out and help me out and make me feel welcomed me feel welcomed in a drive-through the window. Jose keep up the The good work it will pay off one day I would equip you but I have no money thank you

Iced coffee is always fresh, food is hot, hasbrowns are never stale. I special order but it's still always made right. All the employees are very friendly despite how early in the morning it is, especially the manager, Elias. Definitely prefer this one over the Canyon Del Rey location, at least in the morning (not sure about evenings).

This is an excellent restaurant because of its delicious food. It has many different menu items, and all of them are amazing in taste. They have quick servings and exceed in both quantity and quality.

I love the fact that even though they're under construction they are still able to pull it off. Oh by the way I love the fact that you guys brought back all the Minute Maid slushies!!

This Mc Donald's has been handling quite a load with the destructing by a car crash and structure fire as a result into the Canyon del Rey McDonalds. The staff is awesome at this Sand City location with the heavy load but great quick service and hot food.

Brand new restaurant. Glad they are there. Drive thru is much improved from the former building. Can't wait for dine in service.

For a McDonald's, it's a good one. Fast, friendly, usually fresh, and the ice cream machine is never "broken". My go to Micky D's in the area.

Recently remodel...clean and nice but not organize.....only one kiosk...must be dbl check ur order before u leave
