My fiancé helped design a ring that we both love for an amazing price. I had to get it sized so I came back to see what they could do. They were able to get it back to me in less than 24 hours. Most of my friends had to wait a week or more. I was so impressed. Everyone is so friendly and helpful when you walk in. They are all very knowledgeable as well. The Diamond Exchange is the best!

Love my bracelets made by Diamond Exchange. They turned out just beautiful. I had a chain placed on a cross which ended up not long enough and they fixed it by adding an extension for a fair price. Very nice helpful staff.

What a great local Jeweler! Stopped in today to have some watches fitted and fixed. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter was with with me and ended buying a ring. They weren't pushy at all. They sized her ring for her with same day service! Great place! We will definitely be customers there again!

Had such a great experience here at Diamond Exchange. I quickly got a quote from the very friendly staff, for a ring resizing. They even helped me find my ring size. Prices were fair and affordable and my repair was fast. They have a great text/call system to tell you your order is ready, which I loved. The work looked amazing and I'm so happy. Took my mother's 65yr old wedding rings to be sized bigger to fit me. They added metal and when I pick ring up it shined and looked brand new. Can't tell metal had been added. They are awesome.

I absolutely love the Diamond Exchange. They are so helpful and courteous and i have never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes to be helped. They have helped me with getting my wedding band resized twice and I always have it back before the date they give me. My wife and I love our wedding bands and the engagement ring that came from there. They had exactly what my wife wanted. A ring we couldn’t find at any other jewelry store. Diamond fell out of my wedding ring and they only charged 15 dollars to fix and then put my mothers ring back together where the band broke and you can't tell it broke for 47 dollars and I didn't have to send it off they had it about a week and I was good to pick it up on the day they said

I had gotten my grandmothers wedding rings after she passed and needed them sized up about 4 sizes. Once I got there they told me it also needed a couple small repairs to the little clasps that hold the diamond in place. I got all that done for an amazing price. By far the best price I had been quoted and they got done within 3 business days when he thought it would take 7-10. Amazing service. Very sweet workers. They also made sure I was happy with the rings and they fit before they took payment. I’ll definitely be coming back for any other jewelry repairs, cleanings or purchases in the future. Diamond Exchange created the ring of my dreams! I showed them photos I found of rings that I liked online, and they came up with a digital mock-up. We made a few edits, and they printed and casted it for me quickly! We were able to recycle gems and metals that have been passed down for generations, and put them towards a new custom design. Thanks for all the hard work and friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Trey is an amazing jeweler and business owner! Eight years ago my wife went to him to make my custom black diamond engagement ring. Unfortunately I lost it at the end of 2022. Nice repair job at a reasonable price. People were super friendly to deal with and managed to work my "emergency" repair into their busy schedule. Easy to work with and called me as soon as repair complete so I could pick it up.

This gem of a store is wonderful to work with!! The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to answer questions or help in any way they can. Trey worked with my husband (my fiance' at the time) to design the perfect engagement ring for me! - I obviously said yes! :) Trey also worked with me to design the perfect custom wedding band to go with my beautiful engagement ring. He also took the time to work with my husband to special order a zirconium ring to do a custom blue inlay in his wedding band. I love the fact that no one else has a ring just like mine or my husbands! They took the time and had plenty of patience with us to resize both of our rings to get the perfect fit. We're now on a first name basis when we walk into the store! I love this jewelry store, and the fact that it's a family owned company. They keep things personal and perfect for their clients. I had a pair of diamond solitaire lever-back earrings reset from white gold to yellow gold. I'm very pleased with the beautiful work they did. I also have a pendant with multiple diamonds that I'm going to have put into a
custom designed ring. Trey was excellent at taking my ideas, and putting them together into a beautiful design. Even though I was there on a busy Saturday, the entire staff was very friendly and patient with me. I thought the prices were reasonable, and didn't feel the need to look elsewhere.

I had a loose diamond that I needed to be placed "somehow" into a bracelet for a wedding gift for my new daughter in law. I really had no idea what looked best. The crew at DE helped me design the perfect dainty piece. It really IS perfect. Their pricing is great tooo!
