I had the best experience at this store. An associate named Emily helped me pick the prettiest necklace to get for my grandmother. She was very knowledgeable on the products and was very kind. Will definitely come back for future jewelry purchases!

I have always had great experiences with ALL of the employees at Kay’s. Megan has always been super helpful when I am shopping, and she is a great manager. Joe is also so helpful when helping me select the right piece of jewelry. This WHOLE team is a pleasure.

Because of Kay Jewelers in The Mall at Johnson City, TN, my jewelry dreams come true as I get to buy my wife and daughter jewelry and that means everything to me. The staff is very wonderful and I have known them for many years and are like family. I have a credit card with them and they made all of my jewelry dreams come true! Linda, Dave, Megan and Joe are my family!

I went in there not really knowing what I wanted and the staff helped me immediately. They made me feel welcome and listened to what I liked and steered me in the right direction of my purchase. I recommend them whole heartedly. They are lovely and the store is as well!!!

Easiest experience I’ve had at a jewelers store. I really don’t have much knowledge when it comes to jewelry, but walking in this place I presented my picture to Megan and she immediately got to work for me! The cut I wanted was a little out of my price range, but she worked with me to find one similar and within my budget
