A hidden blast from the past.

It's a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, unlike most others in that it still has hand packed (dipped) ice cream in flavors you can only have ever found at a Baskin Robbins, years ago.

It's clean, friendly, welcoming and it has an Old Fashioned, coffee shop/ice cream parlor feel to it. It is nothing like the new cookie cutter D&D's popping up like whack-a-mohls. It's worth checking out, especially if you've never been there before.

Not easily seen from the road as it is the last store in the strip mall but worth finding.

This was the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I had placed my order on the app, but when I had reached the order board the young man said he didn't see my order and maybe i ordered at another DnD. A manager heard our conversation, asked me what my order consisted of and put it through. When I parked I checked and I definitely placed the order at a different location. This was totally my mistake, but the manager just went ahead and made everything ok without making me feel like an idiot. Thank you whomever you are. You are what everybody in the service industry, including myself, should strive to be. You taught me something about hospitality.

I never have an issue here. I always order from the Dunkin app and by the time I get there, my coffee or breakfast sandwich is ready. I take advantage of any deals being offered. Jessica was great. When they were out of stock of a holiday coffee (again I took use of an in app deal), Jessica did not charge me any extra on the holiday cofee and the workers had it ready within a few minutes. The drive through is always very crowded so I definitely suggest using the smart phone app to place your order and then head on over

Cappuccino Blast. My favorite! Made well. Staff member was very pleasant. No line to wait in but it was after 5 pm. One of my go to places.

the girls at this dunkin on 5/23/20 have very good customer service. they have a very up beat attitude and it makes you feel welcomed coming here. they always make sure your order correct. highly recommend coming here. and get here soon many people come here so they run out fast

my card declined yesterday for some reason and jessie (jesse?) was the sweetest and just told me not to worry ab it and that he would cover it. i go to this dunkin like everyday so they know my order and my face there but jessie is always the sweetest i’ve never had someone do something like that for me:’)

We have had nothing but good experiences here. Whether it’s the drive thru, which is always spot on with the order and quick, or going inside where the employees were friendly and efficient. They have never gotten an order wrong and we go quite frequently.

I go here often the one on Manhattan Street it’s my favorite Dunkin‘ Donuts of all the Dunkin’ Donuts because there is this sweet young girl named Kaylee who works there and is always so happy and helpful ! She helped me decide how I wanted my coffee which was awesome because I am super indecisive! From then on she always got my order perfect and quickly!

This location has improved tremendously compared to a few years ago. Jess in particular is great.

I go there every day. Just wish they were open later than 8.

It's Dunkin Donuts so it always gets 5 stars. I'm not a Starbucks fan and have Dunkin Donuts biased. So take this review with a gran of salt. Actually take it with 4 sugars and whole milk. Light and Sweet with a chocolate glazed 🍩.

Always gets my order right

The three females working at 5/23/20 are very polite and kind and the made my order fast and it was delicious the customer service was great they made me feel welcomed they earned the 5 star rating

Employees were so nice but they need at least one employee more there because it was so busy when I was there.

Addicted obsessed and can’t start my day without my drive thru Dunkin’ on my corner! So friendly even my dog gets a treat when we go! ❤

The line was long but Rane was super polite and made sure that my order was right.

Very friendly and quick . I went thru the drive thru, I had my dog with me they gave him a dog treat.

Drive thru was busy, it moved fast and everything I ordered was complete.

they lightly toast my bagels right like 90 percent of the time and when they get our right it makes my day. super nice staff.

The workers are nice, and the donuts are good. I've never had a problem here.
