5 stars for service. Everybody have their own taste and they try their best to serve the quality expected but this review is specifically for their service and atmosphere. I thought I had order a large ice coffee until I got to the booth in drive through and realized it was small, they still changed it to a large size one on the spot. Just love it!

Stopped in here last night and was so impressed by the female manager that I felt compelled to give her a review. McDonalds food idsMcDonalds food, and there arent many people on the planet that dont love it, I know my family does, but when you see someone who acts as professionally as this lady did, and goes out of her way to offer great service in a timely manner, it shouldnt go unnoticed. I didnt get her name but she had some tattoos, and really made for an impactful experience, so much so I thought I would mention it here! This McDonalds never disappoints but yesterday it was memorable!

When I walked in, the staff was constantly busy, yet prepared to take my order once I walked up. They were kind and informed us of potential deals before we finished ordering.

This McDonald's is the friendliest, fastest, and accurate. I've never had a wrong order here and my son is picky with what he does and doesn't like on his burgers. Also, the food is always piping hot.. Great job!

Before reading this review, keep in mind that I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's and I don't really like fast food in general. Im comparing it to other fast food places and how it stacks up relative to other McDonald's.

I've lived in the area for about 16 years, and out of all the fast food places in the area this McDonald's is one of the better ones. If you're just looking at the McDonald's in the area it is certainly the best run one out of the multiple in Jackson and nearby towns.

The dining room is clean, the service is quick and the drive through never takes an excessive amount of time - even when the line is long.

The employees are on average more competent than at most McDonald's, for example, if you order something non-standard (no lettuce or what-have-you) they rarely screw it up. The times that they do make a mistake they're very polite and fix it without a fuss. They seem to have pretty good memories as well, and typically will remember you or how you normally order something.

One thing they do that is a nice touch is if you order something that will take a bit to get ready they let you know ahead of time. If you're at the drive through they even walk it out to your car instead of having to go inside to get it or having to wait at the window holding up the line.

The morning crew are friendly people and the day shift is nice as well. The managers keep the young kids working there focused and friendly, those teenagers being rude or not paying attention is something endemic to all minimum wage fast food places and they manage to keep it to a minimum. The night shift people are about as nice as you can expect them to be, all things considered.

I'd say my only complaints are the standard problems you face with any fast food place when it gets late. Sometimes at night time the shake machine is down (I'd guess to get a jump start on cleaning it), but it happens less often here than at the other McDonald's nearby (I'm looking at you route 9 in Howell McDonald's!!!). I recommend ordering your fries with no salt at night time though, because like nearly every fast food place near closing time they dont cook them as often. If you ask for no salt they make a new batch, then you can just get salt packets and salt them yourself.

Overall, it's a well run McDonald's, especially compared to the other McDonald's franchises in the area. It's a much better experience than the Burger King around the corner, and holds it's own when comparing to the other fast food places nearby.

Like I said, it's a clean, quick, and well staffed McDonald's that seems to have much higher standards than most others around. If you want to eat McDonald's and you're in the area, I highly recommend going to this one instead of the others in town (especially the one near Great Adventure).

The employee's except the new manager are very nice. But unfortunately with the new heavy set manager (there's a new skinny one too real sweet) is nasty so now we dont go as much. If she is there we avoid the place

It was a dark and stormy night with the rain on my back but it wasn’t a bad thing to do hw in the rain. Really I just wanted a beautiful vanilla ice cream cone went through the drive through maybe time of day but 3 times in a row quick service, and on my way in less then 5 minutes and the ice cream delicious worth the $1.38 definitely!

I thought it would be faster to order inside because there were 3 or 4 cars at
Drive Thru lane. When I came outside all the cars were already gone. They are very fast at drive thru.

It's McDonald's! This particular franchise location operates well and cleanliness has never been an issue. Definetly recommend this location over others.

The morning drive-thru lady named Nancy is so intense and knows the menu like no one else. She is wonderful and she is my mom

I was told to leave for having darker colored skin. I walked through the drive through because I didn't have a car and was told to come inside to order, just to be kicked out again.
