My family has been customers of this store for many years and have been more than satisfied with the customer service we have received with our numerous issues and needs over the years. Highly recommend this location!

The store was kept immaculate, on Sunday evening I worked with a gentleman named Cole who was able to take care of all of my issues in a short amount of time. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, not only did he make the experience easy and enjoyable but he also made it personable as well relating back to the customers interests. I felt at ease during the entire time I was there, and would absolutely return back again if I had any additional concerns to address.

The young gentleman who took care of me his name is Manny in the Jackson AT&T Store. in the shoprite shopping plaza. He was very knowledgeable very patient as I am in my 60s and not that technology advanced.
He was really great show me everything with the new Galaxy 23 phone and I also got a notepad because she had this time impatience to walk through. It with me thank you for having such a fine young gentleman on your staff.

Yesterday I was having a problem with my cell phone I thought I needed a new charger but the problem was in the plug outlet of my phone. I decided with the help of Brianna to purchase a new phone. At first I was very leery because I am very old-school and anything new with technology intimidates me. I have been using an iPhone 7 for the past three years after using a flip phone for many years. It took me a very long time to learn the iPhone but I finally did it. I thought that I would have to go through that all over again when I purchased a new phone. Brianna was so helpful and she assured me that she would help me through it. She told me all the information that was in my old phone would be transferred to the new phone which it was, that was a big relief! When that was all done she showed me around the phone and made it so easy for me. I couldn’t thank her enough! I she was very patient and very knowledgeable. I recommend AT&T in Jackson New Jersey in the Shop Rite parking lot off County Line Road, if you are looking for one on one assistance With people who are very helpful and knowledgeable This is the place to go! Thank you again for all your help.

Brianna Skinner was very helpful with trying to fix my phone and when it couldn't be fixed she was just as helpful with all the paperwork involved with the purchase of my new phone.She even somehow showed up to help finish the activation of my phone. She was very pleasant and did not rush me through the process!

Joaquin is a fantastic representative for your company. If you haven’t already, you really should give him a gigantic raise for his outstanding personality and salesmanship.

I came into the store to find out about a text message I received from AT&T, saying thanks for my recent payment. But the text was addressed to Another Person. I came in to find out what was going on.

Joaquin figured out that it was a scam.

I thanked him he thanked me by letting me know about the Cable package AT&T has with Direct TV. And the NFL package as well. (Sounded so good that I almost walked out of there with it!! Unfortunately it supplied no Internet service. If you had that, it would have been a Done Deal. I hope you work out the bugs with whatever it is that’s holding that up…!)

I then told him that I’d be back when I can afford to upgrade my phone (iPhone SE) as soon as I can afford to. Joaquin then proceeded to show me exactly how little more it would actually cost me, and that I COULD Afford it, and I ended up walking outta there with a new phone, screen protection, which he masterfully installed, he also included a protective case and wall charger adapter! He even swapped everything out from my old phone, to my new one within minutes! YES, He Is THAT GOOD!!!
I am totally pleased with what he suggested!

Now, I have a personal mechanic for my car, and a professional technician/salesperson to rely upon for all my phone needs.

Once again I cannot say enough about the staff that works at the AT&T store located in Jackson I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am not a text savvy person at in anyway I ask a lot of questions they are very patient with me they are super experienced the customer service there is exactly what I imagine customer service should be at any establishment these young men know what they’re doing they do it efficiently and every experience I’ve ever had there run smoothly they understand my issues and they do it with grace. Joaquin Was fantastic he not only handled all of my questions but handled other customers at the same time and did it with ease the staff at this location has always deserved credit for how well they do their job and people like me depend on them because we are lost when it comes to technical.

This store has the human power that you need to get things done, Cole knows all the products and has an answer to all the doubts you may have, fast and very nice positive attitude, thanks for the help

Joaquin was very knowledgeable. I went in to possibly upgrade my phone. And because of his patience with all my questions and him answering everything I wanted to know including billing questions is what made me decide to purchase a new phone. There was no pressure and I felt comfortable about the decision I made to upgrade my phone today!

Had a great experience at ATT Jackson. Joaq was very helpful and gave us great customer service. He was professional and informative in helping out my wife and I upgrade our phones and our plan. With the current pandemic situation, he was also very mindful to wear gloves and a facemask. Even stayed after store close to make sure we were all set up. Thanks for everything! Would certainly recommend him to anyone in the area and att jackson
