I needed to replace a headlight on my 2015 Nissan Sentra. Mike was great! He walked me through a few options, suggested a 3 year full replacement warranty for $13.00 (not a bad idea since the car is going to my 16 year old next year), and helped me install. I'll be back for sure.

Went in looking for a spark plug for my YZF 250 and SHANE was a tremendous help! He pointed me in the right direction with tips to complete the job and even ordered a specific spark plug he knew I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and saved me a few headaches! Love this location and all the employees.

Today I was looking for a battery that is out of stock in a lot of stores. A young lady at Advance Auto went above and beyond calling and searching the website for me. She found a battery for me I am grateful that your employee took that extra step in customer service.

Great service some people say that they're slow. I cannot agree they take all the information of your vehicle have to look into the system and then go behind the counter and pull the part. That in itself will take a couple minutes. If you're simply purchasing something that is in the store not behind the counter it's fast you're in and out. Patience is a virtue.

Went here a few times and have always gotten great service. Yesterday I was there and a nice man named Ray helped me and have great advice.

I called the store in a panic because my 2004 Sante Fe was running funny. The guy that answered assured me that if I brought my car in, he would run the computer & help me out with the codes. I had just moved my family of 6 into our new place days before. I was tired & sick. The weather got cold & wet. Needless to say, the gentleman ran the computer, in the rain. Gave me my codes & informed me there wa sa glitch in my computer. He suggested I call Paul's Auto Repair in Jackson. I did & the work I needed got done, quickly & for half the price of the other places I had called. I truly appreciate this man & his respect for his job, care for his customers & kindness of his heart. Go Devils!!

I always come here for parts for my truck and I haven't been disappointed yet! They kindly tell me if they need to order a part, but they usually have the parts in stock. Definitely love this place!

Store stocked well. Usually have what I'm looking for if not they deliver quick from other stores. Never had an issue when ordering on line and shipping to the store.
