I am convinced I have the best USPS delivery driver in Berks County.... Jennifer goes above and beyond every day... We have daily package pick ups going out and just as many packages coming in... Never an issue... She is the BEST.......... Similarly, Mohnton post Office as a whole has never let me down over the last decade. I feel so fortunate to be serviced by them..... I see a lot of negative reviews, and I understand that experiences may vary, but I felt compelled to share my experience being it has been so good.

I know there are some people that have issues with the post office and I don’t want to say everything is always smooth sailing with the mail BUT I am here to leave a comment about our mail carrier. Her name is Holly and she is the best, probably the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She goes beyond what is expected of her job. I just want to thank her for all she does. I know I keep her busy delivering packages but she is never anything but over the top nice to us! I hope she never leaves her position. It would be hard to replace her! Thank you Holly!!

Mohnton, PA post office~ Now we have gotten a new mail delivery person that takes care of packages and is really good at her job. She bothers to actually deliver stuff and is friendly and careful with things that we order. A+++!

I want to thank the team at the post office! They absolutely went above and beyond to help a mother of the bride locate a package of bridesmaid dresses which were desperately needed that day. I can’t thank you enough for all of your help that early morning and best of all, finding the package in a sea of deliveries 📦 THANK YOU!

Actually, the people who said that the guy at the desk is rude simply never got to know him. He's a low-key dude with a curious, wry sense of humor.
He's not highly emotive, and his voice is fairly monotone. I've talked with him a ton of times and I actually like him a lot. In fact, the person who is annoying is the short bubbly woman who most people probably like. The attitude is a put on. She's stubborn and unhelpful, getting irritated when asked to do anything beyond her routine.

Cathy, who works the counter, is great. Have not had problem with anyone who works the counter. Have had delivery problems but nothing serious. Never encountered any rudeness.

We had Nicole who was AWESOME! She took pride in her work & cared for your packages! Not sure who we have now, looks like 2 people in a white SUV. Larger packages, too big for mailbox they just put on top ofailbox. Well, this week, it ended up in the snow, package was soaked! Had to return the item due to damage!POOR POOR! Nicki WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT UP TO OUR DOOR & PLACED IT ON THE CHAIR UNDER ROOF TO PROTECT IT! Simple COMMON SENSE GOES A LONG WAY!!!

If you have a driveway, they do not deliver packages to your home. If it doesn't fit in your mailbox, they will not deliver. Do yourself a favor and get a huge mailbox with a large separate area for packages. Two years ago, a mail carrier placed one of my boxes in a trash can, presumably to shield it from rain, and it was taken away with our weekly trash (I know because she left a note) or stolen, never figured out which. It contained a Xmas present for my nephew. Kenhorst has an automated stamp dispenser and mailing device. Go there if you need to mail anything or get stamps after hours.

My senior parents have gotten penalized for late payments by their insurance company because of this post offices incompetency. Their neighbors have had their mail left in a snowbank with boxes. I'd be embarrassed to tell people I work for mohnton post office.

Very difficult to get problems resolved. Phone has been either off the hook or busy or out of service all morning. Trying to resolve yet another problem with having mail forwarded. I changed the stop forwarding date but apparently they never got the word. To be fair, it is a select few who are difficult to work with.

I have had several packages that were to big for the mail box and when I went on Amazon to see if they arrived yet it says customer asked to keep at nearest pick up station even though I did not ask for that. the drivers are just lazy and don't want to be bothered pulling in my driveway to drop off packages.

Seriously. I had a package that was too big to deliver in the mailbox. Never even bothered to see if someone was home. I work from home so would have happily picked it up from my driveway. Now I have to go pick it up if they already not in process of returning the package. We received a notification from who sent the package that the package could not be delivered and we would receive a refund. For real. Customer Service sucks! I must have a new mail carrier because prior to that, she would bring it up to the house. I get maybe not bringing up to the house (we have a longer driveway) but we have signs posted at the bottom of the driveway to leave the package there. Come on people!
