We went in today to get a new watch and Tina helped us out and was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything I needed to know about the new watch I got. She helped set everything up and made sure the watch worked as it should. I definitely would recommend going to this store.

Huge shout out to Nelly at the Paper Mill store. We went in to switch 3 lines over to T-Mobile from Verizon. Initially the transfer wasn’t completed as we were told by another rep and that left us disappointed leaving the store. I left feedback through a text message and almost instantly Nelly called me to make everything right! In a world where customer service isn’t a focus point anymore by many companies, T-Mobile, Nelly and his manager really stepped up to make things right. Highly recommend you go see him if you’re in need of a new service or any issues with an existing one! Thanks again!

Great experience John was very kind and respectful and got me my new samsung s24+ done right away no problems.

So I am a new t mobile customer and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to switch me over. When I walked in John was so welcoming and helped me through the whole process. Usually you dread getting your phone switched over but they made my experience fun! We had music playing tons of laughs and just felt so important through the whole thing. If you need anyone to help you ask for John you won’t be disappointed!!

I was here about a month ago, close to closing time. Nelson Burgos was patient and understanding even though I kept him there after closing. Thank you Nelson!

I stopped in to change my plan. I was greeted by Adilia J and because the store was very busy, she offered to call me when she became available. When I returned, she was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. She went the extra mile for me when, after she was unable to make the change via computer and had to make a call, she patiently and repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor, who was finally able to resolve my issue. She was very calm, patient, and helpful.

Today my phone suddenly stopped working. It gave me an error message there was no sim card. We were traveling through the Reading PA area and we came across this T mobile. I thought it was a long shot, but I stopped in anyway. I was greeted by Nash. She was very friendly and helpful. She knew Immediately how to correct my problem. She even made sure my phone was working before I left. And bonus there was no charge. I spent probably five minutes in the store. Before stopping in I was worried about my phone and what it may cost me. I was greeted Immediately and made feel at ease. Thank you so much for the excellent service..

Had some issues with our bill and wanted to pick up the 5g internet. We were waited on by Amanda and her customer service skills are superior. We were familiar going to stores at the mall for our phones needs but thankfully we decided to stop at this store. If you're thinking about picking up 5g internet I would move on that. It's only available in certain areas up to a unspecified amount but once that limit hits you'll be out of luck for who knows how long so get moving on that if you want to save by ditching cable.

My boyfriend has an account with sprint. We have been here 2 times in the past month and both times an associate named Amanda has helped us. She seems to know what she's talking about and was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We didnt have any problems with this store. Yes I would recommend going here!

Wow, I’m surprised to see bad reviews about this place!! I visited this location in the beginning of April, I was switching service from Verizon and purchasing a phone for my son. We walked in almost close to closing time and these guys were very helpful!! I mean they really took their time even though they were about to close. Great manager great staff and customer service was above and beyond. Definitely will recommend!!

Overall exceptional service. I went in with the possibility of switching providers. I was immediately greeted by Nashwa. By speaking with her I knew I was ready to take the plunge. She was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and answered all my questions. If you goto this store ask for Nashwa!!

Doug the store manager and all his staff went above and beyond beyond for me to help with an issue with a Samsung phone that Sumsung refused to help me with. I would not go anywhere else they are true professionals who listen to what you need and apply their knowledge and skill to do the best thing for the customer.

I have been to this store several t8mes even before the merger with t mobile they have always given excellent customer service they are knowledgeable and friendly service. I will continue to use this store for my needs for t mobile

Tech resolved our iphone issue after getting the runaround from Apple. Took over 2 hours to deal with our problem, but they were patient and understanding. Angel is tremendous.

Compared to other services and other stores this store is by far the best one. when I do go in the Staff is always helpful and tries to work with you. I will continue to return to this store and deal with Sprint.

Went in to the Broadcasting location for a phone upgrade. Tina is amazing and very good at her job! Thanks again.

Sprint store was great. We had the best customers service with Nashwa. You should ask for her. She is good great person.

Doug took time to help me with an issue even though I'm no longer with Sprint. The other big 3 brands could learn a lot about customer service from this store.

Every one was very, very nice there and fixed all my problems with my phone and wound up getting an awesome speaker. The people there really know how to take care of you.
