Had absolutely incredible experience from Michael V this last week. First he helped me evaluate my failing pixel 4a phone. Then he let me through the transition to replacement. Smooth. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout. Great service from T mobile.

I have been to this store several times. Have I had to wait long times? Yes, but that's ok. They are very busy. I can read thru every bad review of this place and see most of them had nothing to do with the actual service of this place. You treat the employees like you want to be treated and you will receive great treatment. Everyone is human and has bad days. These people work very hard so you can have the convenience of having a personal phone. Give them the credit they deserve even if they are having a bad day sometime. One night they stayed 2 hrs. past closing time to try and resolve a phone problem for me. This store is great! and so is the staff!!

Went into the store to change phone carriers for 4 lines. The people that work there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Specifically, guy named Erick was great in dealing with the issues we had trying to port over phone numbers. Overall great experience and fantastic customer service.

I visit the store often as I have used T-mobile for 20 years! Everyone there is friendly. Today Luis helped me with my screen protector. We had a great discussion about the future of 5G. I think after the discussion I will be upgrading to 5G. Thanks T mobile for constantly improving.

After having service with another company for 15 years i left because their staff was unfriendly unknowledgeable and didnt seem to care if i kept their sevice. So i went to this store.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially a nice lady named Deanie K. She found us better phones and better prices for phone services. She was patient and explained everything in great detail. She showed us specials and current deals. I am glad to have this new phone and service. I look forward to a long relationship with T-Moble.
P.S. Deannie deserves a raise.

I’ve been dealing with this store for years now. Luis, José, Esmerly and jose(manager) are beyond awesome.Their customer service is great. I walk in there and feel at home. luis is always giving me the best deals . If i need to sit down n wait for him I never have a problem, because he truly goes a above and beyond for just customers. While solving whatever I go in for, I always end up with good laughs, while they keep it professional at all times. Is always a good experience and never a disappointment in this location.

Very nice customer service. The guy answered my questions thanks for my at home internet T-mobile and wasn't rude even though we walked in 30 mins prior to closing and was all sorted out 🙌

I really love this store the guys always help me. I like Luis, Joe, Esmerlin and Jose they are the best. always willing to help me... Esmerlin always tell me what is the best for me and the best plan for me and my family ... Luis too he always get me the best deals... and Jose is the best he always solve all my problems every time I broke my phone ... Joe and all are like a family there they make you feel welcome they help each other just to help the customers .... 5 stars ....

Luis is the best sales representative. He was very patient in navigating through warranty, phone defect and final replacement. He has excellent customer service skills. Go to him for those complicated phone issues

Great service by Deanie. Transferred 2 phones and added a line and saved money. Deanie was multi-tasking which I didnt mind. She always focused on providing me with great service. Thanks T-Mobile team.

I've previously been with all the major phone carriers. T-Mobile is the only honest one that actually charges a person what they quote without hidden fees.
