YES The Starbucks in wyomissing Was A Great Experience for Lisa and I today. Had a good time while enjoying a " cafe Carmel mocha latte with whipped cream cinnamon and chocolate 🍫 shavings on top. Who wouldn't Love ❤ it and to top it off my company had the peppermint mocha latte, we also had Sandwiches 🥪 as well. Overall positive all the way around for a good price ❗

Shouting out Brittany at the Wyomissing Starbucks! Brittany knows me and my order by name and is always the friendliest n has the warmest smile on her face! Just wanted to let the company know she is doing a great job consistently and makes my mornings a bit brighter! :)

Newly remodeled (spring of 2022), this location now has way more seating conducive to remote working and collaborating. Staff is always friendly. Service is usually fast however this is a heavy traffic location for mobile orders and this is sometimes at the expense of those dining in. Wi-Fi is fast.

Great coffee and service always very full of people will take a little while for your drink to be served but it's worth the wait

I went inside for my order and I have to say that Brooke at the counter was amazing. She not only took the counter orders, she answered the phones, made the food and helped her coworkers all while smiling and having a very pleasant professional attitude. Great employee.. My order, a venti Xtra hot caramel maccihato also was perfect.. Thanks...

Placed a mobile order today and showed up to a very busy Starbucks. They were very short staffed. The employees were busting their butts and remained calm. The one employee, who appeared to be the team leader, Adam/Ben maybe?, tried to communicate to everyone that they were short staffed and remained calm and positive throughout. Even though I had a longer than anticipated wait time for my order, I appreciated the employees and how hard they were clearly working.

I love starbucks, but more specifically i love this location, everyone is always so friendly and professional, and the drinks are made the way i expect them to be made. Consistency is key! If you haven't tried a Double shot on Ice or the Cold Brew with Salted Cold Foam, go for it! I assure you, you wont be dissapointed! Thanks to all the employees working during this pandemic, you're all heroes!

Good experience...I may have gotten there late as they were starting to close (645 pm), so little bit of wait to order...but they were able to place my order and serve with a smile. Able to sit outside, read. Definitely returning

Vente ICED caramel macchiato was amazing

The best experience I've had at Starbucks. A palpable safe-space, personally welcomed by the very busy, yet focused and organized staff. These peeps are rockin' it! And we barely sat down and our food and dirty chai (plenty of vegetarian options!) was done. It was actually beautiful to watch that team work. Easy on and off from Rt 222. Highly recommend.

I believe it was Sofie (Sophie ? ) that helped us today. She took our order at the drive thru and made my drink. She was excellent! Wonderful and happy personality! She made me smile!

It's Starbucks, right. It's espresso for all and it's freaking good. This store is churning out product left, right, and center. They're fast They're accurate, they're good.

Don't be intimidated by the line but certainly order ahead on the app to make life easier on everyone.

I LOVE my Starbucks, so I'm always here getting my Kiwi Starfruit Lemonade with liquid sweetener and my cranberry bliss bar.

This location was PACKED when we arrived, both inside and at the drive through. We weren’t in a rush, but thought for sure we’d be waiting for a long time in line and for our drinks. Turns out, however, we weren’t! The line went quick, the cashier was friendly, the drinks came out in under 5 minutes after ordering, AND they got the order right! In all, we were super impressed with the speed and professionalism on the part of the staff. I wish more Starbucks locations had workers as diligent as these folks.

Omg this place was quick and my food was perfect my drink was out of this world no mistake this is one of the best Starbucks I've been to thank you for your service

today the barista, adrianna, made another small cup for my little cousin of our same drink order and she didn’t have to do that at all. completely made the whole drink for us while also taking another order thru her earpiece . she looked a little stressed. understandable when working with a long line. tipped her 5$ . and hope she has a great one as well !! great service !!

As others have mentioned in their reviews, this place is always busy. But the staff has always been very pleasant. Usually I’m still out in under 15 minutes, which I’m comfortable with.
Once recently we had an appt on the same plaza, arrived early so my son could have the pumpkin loaf. I had to leave before my coffee was ready, I called and let them know and they just made it when our appt was over, as soon as I walked through the door ❤

Awesome as always. They are always consistent with the quality of their drinks. The inside is always really clean too. The baristas have such a positive attitude and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their job. As with the nature of a starbucks like this in an area where starbucks are scarce, the drive thru line can be ridiculous at times.(not starbucks fault...its just the nature of the beast.)

They were so busy and they were trying to get everyone's drink fast. I will say for as busy as they were everyone had a smile. I like coming here. Some customers are so rude, we need to understand it has been difficult to hire in this pandemic, ppl don't want to work. Let's have some patience when going to a place when its full! Its not the stores fault that ppl get sick and can't come to work. Starbucks keep doing what you are doing!!! We love you!
