Wendy's

Location was clean, service was quick, and food was exceptional. My chicken sandwich and fries were steaming when I opened up the bag in the car. The franchisee needs to give the crew working 6pm Friday a raise!

The staff was very helpful and the food was absolutely delicious - I had a sausage and egg sandwich with the potato wedges - they were perfect!

I stopped for a small bite to eat. The guy who took my order had an awesome attitude! He was very polite to the 4 people who ordered while I was waited for my food. The time was reasonable, but they threw in a free fries for the wait. Store was clean, and the parking lot.

In a time when restaurants are having a problem filling shifts with associates let only quality, friendly associates... this Wendy's location has done their job! Are you going to wait an extra ten minutes in line... yes. were are still in a crazy pandemic world... that being said.. the associates are polite, friendly and hard working... they are quite a few young people working the window and they are always upbeat. I choose to frequent this location instead of the 5th Street highway Reading location because they are a quick as possible, the associates actually care about the customers and get my order correct. If you are in Reading, PA area, be patient and choose this location... you will get excellent service and great food!

Great as always. We went through drive through pretty late, like half hour before close and ordered a mushroom peppercorn burger, a 20 piece nugget, and a medium fry and got everything pretty fast and all fresh and delicious. The guy who took our order was a nice guy, and our food was accurately made. Good job!

Tamia I have seen twice and both times her personality and demeanor have been top notch. She treated me and my family so great..it was nice to see her both times..such a great asset to your team!! Give her a raise!!!

Everything was fresh, restaurant was clean. Manager and staff were more then helpful. Had a very rough week and almost lost my hope in humanity, but the manager and staff helped to lift my spirits. Way to go above and beyond!!

Went for my girlfriends lunch food was good service was so so it was a lunch rush but they still made sure everyone got served and taking care of

Always great food. The wait in line can take awhile. I only go there when I have time I could never go on my lunch break. The wait time is just too long.

Lobby doesn't open til 9 am. Had to eat in car. The breakfast bacon egg and cheese biscuits are "ok" meaning their competition does not have to worry at this point.

They messed up my order the first time and the manager I spoke to was so amazing and helpful! Very cheerful about fixing everything. Great customer service :)

The employee at the window was very friendly, helpful and even recommended a new drink. He was very nice . Our food was hot ,very good. You don't see to much of this anymore.

Had a nice meal. Went through drive thru. Had a jr bacon cheeseburger with chicken nuggets and fries. Also an unsweetened ice tea all for under $5.00.

Oddly enough... This trip to Wendy's was excellent. The food was fresh and tasted great.. Not much else we could ask for
