Great customer service and polite employees. This post office is a major relief compared to the one a few minutes away from my house in Sinking Spring and I’ll gladly drive out of my way every time just to experience good customer service.

I just called to get a package's address fixed and the woman on the phone was a total angel she found it and got it fixed right away. I'm so sorry I don't remember your name but I am grateful to you forever. Jazzy hold music too. Perfect experience.

Love this post office - will drive out of my way to go here vs the one two minutes from my house due to how miserable Bill at SS is and how he treats me if I bring in multiple packages. I have never felt rushed or bad about bringing my business here. Mike at the counter is always so pleasant and I hope that I get him. He has given me tips on mailing packages, shared stories about his family with me, given me recommendations on his favorite tv shows to watch and more. He never once made me feel like a burden but more like a friend!

Alyssa was nice and friendly. She went above and beyond providing envelopes for the items I purchase so they wouldn't get ruined.

Reviews seem to be off from my multiple recent visits. I've walked in to ship many packages. The lines go up and down because everyone wants to ship their stuff at the same time. As soon as there is more than 2 people waiting. I've seen 2 clerks to help. They even helped me save money on postage when I made a mistake. Overall very friendly. Just because you have one experience that makes up really emotional, doesn't mean write one star review venting about it. Post real reviews please.

This is honestly the best post office in the area. People complaining here don't appreciate how difficult this job is during COVID-19 with staff shortages.

Sometimes it does take a bit for a line to get processed. There is a self service machine in the lobby as well folks.

The only reason I am writing this, is to acknowledge the mail delivery man who comes to the Days Inn in Wyomissing. as far as usps goes, my feelings are neutral, but our mailman is one of the nicest people I've ever experienced. He always is smiling and up for a quick minute or two chat. He truly makes the day better when he's in. I'm tired of only seeing negatives (people/reviews/etc) Thank you for always smiling!

I personally haven't had an issue at this USPS location. There is one guy behind the counter that's on the rude side but once you let him now you ain't having none of that, he snaps back into tip top shape :-)

I Like the Wyomissing post Office, I am so Grateful People are will to WORK, Somedays are better than others, HOWEVER once again GRATFUL!!! Thank you to all the Post Masters
