Bubbakoo's Burritos

Richard went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied…. We ordered delivery from them and the DoorDash driver must have ate our food because we were watching him never even came close to our house and then cancelled our order I called back and Richard took care of us

First visit, won't be the last. Had a Nashville hot chicken burrito and it was incredible! The girls behind the counter were super friendly too!

I've only ordered online from this bubbakoos once and ill never forget how much better i was taken care of compared to other locations. I was greeted by the sweetest girl Emily, and she helped me out, and put everything i needed like napkins and a fork in the bag. I once went to a separate bubbakoos, not as busy, where i ordered online for a certain time, and when i walked in for my order they looked confused, grabbed the paper behind them, and finally made the order. :( The Bayville bubbakoos on the other hand is really on top of everything, and i can only assume thats due to how well it is managed. Will be coming back ASAP!!

i came in to get multiple burritos and the blonde girl emily was so nice and helpful. the first time my whole order was right and good!!!

I happened to come in on a super busy evening and despite them working super hard, the workers were so pleasant to me. They even waved me back in to make sure I got my chips! Thank you for working so hard and still being so nice.

Emily is the worker who helped me. She’s a very friendly person!! was patient with my decision-making. Talked me through different options and avoided my food allergies.

The employees are always so friendly. Never feel awkward while ordering food or rushed. This is by far my favorite bubbakoos.

It's Bubbakoos like other fast food places you have to work hard to screw it up

Anthony M usually takes mine and my family order when we come in, he is always smiling and very professional and patient! Being a business owner in town it’s always great to see employees who really take pride in their jobs and care about the customers. The foods always great, fresh and prompt A+++++

Haven't been to this location in years, has been renovated to look significantly more nice. Great service all around, awesome management. My Nashville chicken burrito was perfect and they have fries not just chips that's a must for me. Will be back

Ordered online and made a mistake. Called and they offered to redo my order and actually insisted on fixing it. They did not have to do that. Amazing service!

Food tastes fantastic and very real. Lots of different options for your mood or preference. Staff is friendly and give the restaurant a very chill vibe.

Food is prepared without peanut and treenut allergens, which means I can actually frequent this location.

Student discount meals are also offered with a valid ID, which is nice on the wallet.

No complaints, the male employee that helped me out did a great job, seemed like the female employee wasn't thrilled about putting steak on the grill when he asked because she started talking to herself and rolled her eyes.

I just wish they put the protein at the bottom of the taco and not the top lol

Fantastic experience every time I come in. Lovely staff. I’ve been coming here since it opened and even completed the very first El Hefe at this location. Been a loyal customer ever since. Never got sick once, as opposed to Chipotle in Toms River where I had awful experiences with getting sick. Very clean and upkept, Very modern, and warm welcomes once you step through the door. Could not be more satisfied. The Retro Fitness discounts and student discounts don’t suck either. 5/5 A+

Very clean, went in there to test my heat n spice tolerance. Was very happy with the young girl n guy in the front. The manager if I liked spice, after I said “ hell yes”, was recommended the ghost pepper, mango habenero n generals Taos sauce. Very very good. Definitely going back.

Since new management things are much improved.....new help along with inhouse improvements have made a big difference. One staff member, anthony, was quite pleasant and very helpful ...wish more young workers worked as hard or took as much pride in serving customers

Bubbakoo's is a GREAT friendly atmosphere, Tex-Mex food, is Always very fresh and made in front of Us, with a nice size portion. Restart& staff are very clean. Sometimes the music is ¿OK?

Had my daughters birthday party catered. They have great catering packages at a reasonable price. Everyone at the party enjoyed the food. Superb customer service. Friendly and professional! Thank you!
