Always so pleasant whenever I stop in. I always tend to go later on but always still have a great selection to choose from. Highly recommend!

This place is fabulous! When I go in the early morning hours and buy bulk for a classroom, the people are always phenomenal! The store is clean and the staff are all outstanding. The energy is always positive and friendly. The owners and staff are all so kind and they do everything to accommodate you. Once you leave the business, you will be in a good mood for the rest of the day. Thanks for the old fashioned, respectful and personable customer service always!

Love this particular MB! Although it's a chain, the employees make it feel like family. Never had a problem with an order and food is always fresh & tasty. Even when they are crazy busy, we are always greeted with a smile & kind words. Love you guys! Thanks for making our weekend breakfasts the best! Even when we arrive closer to lunch...😏

Building is clean and well kept. The owner is a very nice man and it’s clear he really cares about his franchise. The cooks are amazing and make your meal right in front of you. Drink selection is very diverse and you’ll definitely find something you’ll like. I highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese!

I am really surprised that some reviews are negative about this store including that the bagel is old and stale. The Bagels are always fresh and warm i always see them bringing out fresh baked ones. They have fresh coffee every time I go. The new owners are really accommodating and they treat everybody like family.

Ahhh where do I even start?!! I love this place, best bagels, best coffee, my son loves that they have grape juice, and my whole family doesn’t eat meat so they make special sandwiches with hash browns in it for us! Whenever we call, they know my voice and say the regular ? Just overall amazing people- from the owners to the cook to the cashier- 10 out of 10 across the board! I can’t talk enough nice stuff about this place and the people at the establishment- anyone who has anything negative to say, you either are a negative person, or just for minute did you stop to think that are people too ? - and if it was about the food, give them a second chance? or why didn’t you bring it back? They would of replaced it on the spot no questions asked. They really strive to please every customer and are so respectful. The staff here is always fantastic!!! Went this morning for Father’s Day breakfast and even though there was a line out the door, down almost to the nail salon, they moved quickly and efficiently to get everyone taken care of. They were friendly even when some people were not. They thanked everyone for being patient. And of course the food is always delicious!!!

Busy Saturday morning- everyone was working hard & the young girl at the cash register was so sweet. Will be back!

Part 2 - To make a long story short, the wonderful owner wanted to call the first aid to make sure my husband was alright but my Husband refused. This man stopped everything & followed my husband home to make sure he was alright.He did not have to do that. It happened outside his store & yet he was Sensitive enough to make sure he was OK. I am so happy this nice man owns a Business in Bayville. Thank you Sir, from the bottom of my Heart.

First time at this location and the staff and taller gentleman were extremely friendly, welcoming and suggestive! Food was amazing as well!

10/10 would recommend! This place is my go-to breakfast or lunch spot. I feel like family when I walk in being greeted by name and with a smile 😁 Food is delicious and always prepared perfectly. Coffee is tasty and bagels are so fresh 👌 Keep being awesome guys!

Giving five stars because the food is delicious (not over cooked), the place is spotlessly clean. But if you order a sandwich listen when they call it. I ordered before another customer and they called my order and some guy grabbed it. Then they called his order with cheese (mine was no cheese) and no one answered and I told the cashier that mine was with no cheese and he realized what had happened and he rushed new sandwiches for me. Can't fault them when they were so quick to fix it. But next time I will watch who comes in after me.

The staff here are always so kind and genuine. They not only serve you courteously and professionally but they make you feel like family. And no matter what the situation in the world is they always have a smile on their faces and joy in the voices.
