I had a great experience and technical support at the Bayville location. Ashley, the store manager was able to help me and get everything taken care of. It took a couple days of back and forth with T-Mobile Corporate but Ashley dealt with it every step of the way and was a life saver. I will be coming to this location over others in the area due to the awesome customer service and transparent, honest information that you may not get in other places.

The service today with manager Ashley was the best I've ever had at T Móbile. I am very grateful for the professionalism and patience Ashley had with me. I had to transfer the dates from my old Samsung phone to Apple's new one and Ashley helped me brilliantly. Thank you TMobile for having Ashley here to help us. So this morning I went to T-Mobile to get a phone for my son. These two gentlemen were in the store and they help me select. What would bets fit my son’s preference of phone we end up getting a iPhone. The two guys were very helpful, kind, courteous, understanding, and respectful, and very informed they gave me the best information needed. I recommend 100% T-Mobile Bayville New Jersey. That’s where the best services. The place is clean and well heated cause it was your cold outside today.

We switched to T-Mobile about one month age. We had a great experience at the T-Mobile Bayville store# 780D. Scott and his partner could not have been better as salesmen. We explained to them what we were looking for and they had all the answers. Never did they to upsell us. We walked out very happy. All rebates came in on time also. Hats off to you guys and T-Mobile. P.S. We also saved a lot money !!!!!! Bye Bye Verizon....

Went in last night to upgrade, Scott was amazing. He answered all my questions before I decided to get the phone. He was great with running down the plan difference, and the phones difference. Never felt like he was rushing me to make any decisions right away. As my husband had to get me to actually go,( I hate the long wait) but Between Scott and Detective Pikachu it really wasn’t a bad Friday night in T Mobil! Thank you both and Happy Holidays! 💩🦇🫶

Love the staff here very helpful with transferring all of my info from my dying phone to the replacement phone. Knowledgeable on products sold. Only draw back is the 5 g internet for home is not good for a gamer or home security systems on Seaside heights NJ at this time. It was easy to set up. Between being an island and tourist town the signal is not reliable enough. Phone service on the island is great

Got a new phone recently here and everything went well. Ben had been the one who got my new phone going and put the numbers down for the new bill price and has worked very well with me and my family in recent times getting new phones. He helped out in many different areas. Other employees were nice too and willing to talk in downtime. It took about 35-40 mins from going in to leaving with a new phone which 20-25 of those minutes were the process of coping all my old data to my new phone

Monday morning I walked in to purchase a new iPhone, Shane was the one who helped and his other teammate Ben as well. I asked certain question about the phone and how it would increase my billing. They answer my questions right a way. Both of them are very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend people coming to the store with any questions!

I had a terrific experience at this T-Mobile location. As a long standing customer, Damian and his team helped me add an IPad and Apple Watch to my service plan to better assist me with my business. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions(I ask a lot of questions). Will certainly return if I run into any issues or need anything else!

Recently, I visited this T-Mobile store looking to upgrade my phone. I have been a customer with T-Mobile for over 10 years, and I had been using the same T-Mobile G2 smartphone (released in 2010) for seven years: until my experience in this store. I was happily greeted by two employees, Jennifer and Mike, immediately after entering the store, and I explained my situation to them. They both took great care and spent plenty of time explaining the features and specifications of each phone I was interested in, telling me I could take all the time I needed to make a decision, and they even let me use one of their work computers to compare hardware specifications between the phone I had walked in with, and the prospective phones I was interested in buying. When I finally chose the phone I wanted to purchase (the Samsung Galaxy Note 8), I felt completely confident in my purchase, from all the help and information that Jennifer and Mike provided for me. While I was ringing up my purchase, another of the store's employees, Eli, came in, and suggested to me a pair of headphones that would go great with the phone I was purchasing. He did not try to hard-sell me, or push me towards buying the headphones in any way: he was simply kind and informative about the product, even sharing his own experiences with a similar model of headphone he was wearing at the time, and how much it helped him in his daily life. While Jennifer was ringing up my purchase, she took a look at my cellphone plan and its features, just to see if there were any changes to my cellphone plan that I might be interested in making to decrease my monthly cellphone bill. As it turns out, by switching my plan up just a little bit, Jennifer discovered a total of about $40 that I could be saving on my cellphone bill every single month! Please note that this case was specific to my cellphone bill; I do not intend any potential readers of this review to assume that they will be able to save as much money per month as Jennifer was able to help me with. What I am saying, is that you can rest assured that if it is at all /possible/ in any way for your monthly cellphone bill to be reduced, these employees will not ignore it and lie by omission to gouge a little extra money out of you: they will let you know of any potential savings on your monthly bill, and do everything in their power to get you those monthly savings.

I walked into this store with a crappy, seven-year-old, outdated smartphone that wasn't even supported by Google anymore... and only a short hour and thirty minutes later, I walked out with a brand new, amazing piece of technology in my pocket, fully set up (SIM card switched & activated, initial phone setup), free of charge by the employees, /and/ a significant savings on my monthly cellphone bill, all due to the selfless generosity and unbelievable kindness that I was shown by the great employees of this T-Mobile store. I have never left a Google Review before, but I was so moved by my experience with these employees, with Jennifer, Mike, and Eli, that I felt the need to let the world know that shopping for a new cellphone is not always the annoying burden you might walk into the store thinking it will be. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience at the store one to remember, and for that, I sincerely thank you all. THIS is how you run a business.

A+, 5 stars, 100 emoji (which I can now use, thanks to my brand-new phone!); I cannot praise this store enough for how happy I was when I walked out of that store. If you are a T-Mobile customer, and you need a new phone: no matter how far away you might live, THIS is where you should be shopping.

I had a wonderful experience adding a line for my father in law. The staff member was very friendly and helpful. I believe his name was Devon. Excellent service, clean, efficient. Highly recommend. When I need a new phone I will return to this location.
