This is my absolute favorite Starbucks ever. Every single employee is always so friendly and they even have conversations with me while I wait for my drink! Jessica is so outgoing and goes out of her way to remember my drink order (she deserves a raise!!!!) Courtney and Coleman are also very sweet and polite and always ask how I am doing. I literally look forward to coming here in the mornings. 10/10 recommend!

Starbucks is my go-to spot for great coffee and a cozy atmosphere. The quality of the beverages is consistently high, whether I'm grabbing my usual latte or trying one of their seasonal specialties. They also offer a wide variety of food options, from pastries to sandwiches, which are perfect for a quick bite.

The staff at this location is always friendly and efficient, making sure my order is just right and served promptly, even during busy times. The baristas are skilled and often go the extra mile to make customers feel welcome.

Excellent products and excellent service! Coffee and food items are prepared quickly. When you receive hot coffee or food items, they are both hot and fresh! I give this store a 10 out of 10 rating. I would suggest going earlier in the day. Some food items may be sold out by 4 or 5pm.

One of the best Starbucks locations. The employees are nice and patient, my drink always tastes good when I come here, and the service is fast.

This location is so much better than the other Starbucks near by. Spacious, clean, friendly and easy access. The parking lot is much larger than the one in newnan, and much less busy than the one in peachtree city. I will drive the extra distance to stop here over the others any day. The staff here is friendly and full of life. They definitely add to the quality of this location.

This is a nice, newer location at Thomas Crossroads. I stop here often and always receive great service. Look! My name is always spelled correctly! Some of my best conversations with a dear friend have taken place here. Before we realize it, he and I have been chatting and sipping for 5 hours and time doesn't mean a thing. It is also located around other good eateries, two grocery stores, Goodwill and a car wash. There is also outside seating for those who can brave the Georgia heat and humidity. Don't get excited about the Icelandic water pictured. They don't sell it there. I brought it in with me.

Great place to meet friends and enjoy a cup of coffee! Clean and neat, just like every other Starbucks. Rachel is the best manager ;) Love how these guys always brighten my day!

They’re always busy, no fault of their own, but the staff is always nice regardless. They always take a moment to say a quick hi to my dog, and rarely do they mess up an order. Good spot. Terrible driveway for drive thru.

I've been through the drive thru at this location a couple of times. Both times the customer service was excellent and the drinks were delicious. The employees are helpful and informative and don't show irritation when something is wrong because I didn't order it right. Thanks for making the customer feel appreciated and important, Starbucks at Thomas Crossroads!

I have visited this Starbucks a lot recently. They were a little rough there for awhile, but today's service was great! Quick, friendly, and delicious!

They're the only place I've found that has Peppermint flavoring year round

I tried the New... Smoked Butterscotch Latte. It was DELICIOUS !!! I highly recommend trying it. 😋 Great service and very friendly staff !!

James and staff went above and beyond to take care of a tall order for some very hard workers! The entire team worked quickly with a smile and their efforts were greatly appreciated!

What can I say? First, I feel I should premise this review by expounding on the fact that if any of my family or friends read this, I really do not care what you think or will say about me!

I am a man, and a manly man of a man at that. I have an amazing beard, married with four children, and know how to hunt. Soooo, any disparaging comments about my manhood for my upcoming review of this wonderful store and it’s product, well, let’s just say you have a right to your opinion, but I have a right to shun you……..forever!

Now, on to the review!

I learned about a Treinta sized, vanilla sweet cream cold brew, with extra foam on top, caramel on the bottom, extra drizzle on the sides and on top, from my wife. Let’s just say, no other store makes it like these true masters of their craft!!! Say what you will, but this drink is amazing and this store never fails to deliver the most epic “Hodgepodge” (which is what I’m calling it)! I have yet to be disappointed!

What’s even crazier is that I am a Type II Diabetic (I know what you’re thinking, and you are right, how could such a beautiful man like me have diabetes???) Anyway, this drink doesn’t raise my sugar that much either!!! I know!! Right??

I will post pictures after my next visit to this distribution center of heavenly goodness, in hopes that they will continue to provide me with my manly coffee!!!!

This 5 star review is for JAKE the happiest worker at this location. Every time he takes orders in the drive thru he is always very nice and cheerful. His positive attitude brightens up the morning and mid afternoons. I have had many terrible experiences at this location so I am happy to see they are finally hiring people with good attitudes and that actually enjoy their jobs.

In December, they over charged me, and I thought it was weird that I spent so much. I didn’t question it at the time, but I started to later on. Now, in February, they gave me 10 dollars back. I’m glad someone there is doing their job and checking the money. The food was good btw, just pricey as always.

I am feeling the love at this location! It is relaxed and the volume of the music is audible and not overpowering. Customers, including me, are moved along at a pleasant pace. There are three men and a lady (working drive-thru) at this location. There are more employees, but these four are holdIng things by the reins. It is a lazy yet luscious day; it is cooler than normal in metro Atlanta. This place is a great relaxing hangout! The customer service is superb, and one gentleman even asked me if I wanted water long after I finished my brew! I definitely recommend this location, and I will return. Please give the store located at 3151 East Hwy 34 a visit. Good vibrations!
