I absolutely love Jersey Mike's! Such delicious sandwiches. Super fun employees. The building is very clean; restrooms and tables. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a delicious fresh sandwich. 😋

The food and staff are amazing. I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they were very nice and friendly. They also made my sandwich correct, which not too many places get even mobile orders right. I will definitely go back

Honestly, after years of eating at Subway, this place was a culinary mind-blower.

Everything about my visit (now multiple visits) was great. The staff was obviously busy but happy, positive, and efficient. These kids deserve some serious kudos.

My sandwich (I keep getting Chipotle chicken) was awesome, never had a sub sandwich this good before.

So yeah, 5/5 stars across the board. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and will definitely be coming back.

Can a sandwich change your life? Probably not, but it can change your day for the better. I ordered an Original Italian.. what I experienced is hard to describe. It took me back to a beautiful autumn day in Tuscany where I ate the sandwich of my dreams. After I came home, I thought I’d never experience that pleasure again. Then, 6 years later I walked in to a Jersey Mike’s in Provo Utah and reunited with the taste that made me fall in love with the old country. Thank you for making my visit to Provo so special.

I love Jersey Mikes and this was a great location. When I went it wasn’t busy so hopefully it’s still a good experience when it’s busy. But I was served quickly and it was a very pleasant interaction. He even recommended a soda flavor that I’d never seen before and it was actually one of my favorites that I’ve ever had!! Overall good experience. I would recommend.

I've been there twice since they opened. Service has been good both times. They have a good menu. Jersey Mike's is just about the best sandwich you can get. It's just really good.
The guy working last night around 7PM was particularly a stud. Kudos to him.
The only cons are that they're not cheap. It'll cost you $15-20 to get filled up here- without a drink or chip. The other con is their advertising. Danny Devito being everywhere for them really makes me not want to come here.

I live down south, but everytime I come up north, I always make it a point to stop at this Jersey Mike's because the food is just unlike any other sub shop. The crew at this store is also top tier.

I have literally never seen such a hard-working team at a sandwich place. I came in on a busy Saturday (Feb 18 just after 2pm), and all of the employees were moving fast and we're super personable. The girl on the meat slicer (who incidentally was the manager) was moving so fast I thought that she was going to transcend space and time, pulling my sandwich through a portal to a world where there is no war and no hunger because everything is made of sandwiches. On top of moving like she was made of speed, I also saw her communicate and give direction to her team members in a level-headed, smart, and conscientious way that was surprising because of how busy she specifically was and the entire restaurant was. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I’ve always loved Jersey Mikes. Hot subs for me always hit the spot, and this location seems to be pretty good at making them. Would recommend the secret menu #99.

Service was efficient and very friendly. Love the staff here they are so positive and upbeat. And the subs are superior to other places like Subway.

The manager, Laura, was the nicest I’ve ever been treated at this location! Everything was awesome! I wish it was a little quicker, but I understand why it took a second.
